Our dog and 3 cats LOVE their new water fountain and so do I! One of our cats had horrible, recurring cat acne and within a couple weeks it was completely cleared and has yet to return! Customer service/support was incredible and the emails kept me well informed without overcrowding my inbox. We have definitely become loyal customers ❤️

Cat wont go near this fountain. I have been conned by your ads, that's on me. Then you tried to charge me again for filters that I didn't order...won't recommend your product/company to anyone.

First, you should change that question. From what went wrong this time to just what went wrong? Secondly, I got my puppies water bowl with a dent in it. Third, you could have supplied an extra filter. So while we were waiting for filters to show up, I had an extra 14 the dog cause. Now we can't use it. And now my pump's not working properly. It hasn't even been thirty days. I'm not a very happy customer period

The Kitty Spout water fountain is fabulous! It is so quiet, clean and easy to clean. My boyz love it!! The filters were delivered quickly, considering how far they have to travel....

Ordering was easy. Delivery was perfect. The boys went straight up to it and started drinking. It was almost as though we had never given them water before. Definitely going to be more used and is much nicer than the flower one I bought from Argos!

The Kittyspout I purchased is love by my Maine Coon. He drinks from it and didn't take long after it's arrival for him to do so. Quality built product with a reasonable cost for what you receive. I am very happy with my purchase and with the follow up from the company.

Great service with prompt delivery. The stainless steel drinking fountain is so much better than our old plastic fountain and way more hygienic. My only criticism if I was to be picky is that there isn't a window to see what the water level is, and whether the fountain needs topping up. Other than that, we are extremely happy with the our purchase. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the reason I bought 2 fountains, is because our dogs love to drink from them too, so we got 1 for them.

Minus 3 stars because it crapped out after 1.5 years. So I’m expected to buy a new one for $90 every year and a half?!
I clean it weekly, replace the filter every other week. I put filtered water in it. Very disappointing.

My cats love their fountain and expressed so much when i took it apart that i got another one. Now i can place the clean/fresh one before picking up the scuzzy one.

Product was good. Shipping time was very long!

Kitty spoyt has been very good to me as they reply to your emails if you have any questions or concerns, and follow up with you as well. They also give you some scenarios too to try to help you.
