Water tank was delivered with 2 dents in the main tank, was not happy with shipping.

Kitty spout is an awesome,easy to use…

Kitty spout is an awesome,easy to use product and my cats and myself are really happy with our purchase! Mine arrived after a short delay due to an inundation of unexpected orders that were placed during this period but I was made well aware of the delay in processing directly via email from Kitty spout and received an extra filter as compensation. I was also really impressed with their follow-up email confirming I had received my product and that I was happy with my purchase. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the team at Kittyspout for the care and dilligence I received, as they went above and beyond my usual expectations. Thankyou to all the team at Kittyspout,I would thoroughly recommend you to all capt owners out there....oh,and my cats say thanx too!

So I have 4 Maine coons

So I have 4 Maine coons , the fountain is great for 2 of them and they drink well from it, one ignores it completely and one thinks it is to play with and became dehydrated and had to have medical attention, he thinks it is a toy loves tipping it over and playing with the water, I have had to put weights in it to stop the tipping and had to put zip ties around so he can not take the lid off , naughty boy but he plays with it.

Hurrah for Kitty Spout Accessories

As always, Kitty Spout offered discounted prices on filters for my cats’ Kitty Spout 2.0. I rely on them to keep my fur babies’ water source clean and fresh to make sure they stay hydrated and healthy. I would highly recommend using Kitty Spout for all of your pets’ needs.

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. Their ads are accurate and truthful. Pump is actually silent as the ad states. Emails feel personalised, and not robotics. Delivery was good

My cats went right to the kitty spout when I got it set up.

I do have a question. Is the water supposed to run continuously? Can't find anything about that in the pamphlet.
