I just don’t like how expensive the filters r my cat would never drink out of a fountain till this one and it’s crazy that the filters will cost $40-50 every 4 weeks

Shipping from China was very slow. Tracking was inaccurate.
Item was in a box inside a plastic shipping bag. The bowl was dented. The filters and fountain pieces were loose in the bag, because the product box was so damaged.
The fountain is just a fountain, like many others I’ve purchased. It’s larger than I expected. The bowl is not substantial. The pump is working.
Not worth the price. Not even close.

I’ve tried several cat fountains and this is the best by FAR. It’s SO easy to clean, and my four cats are all crazy about it!

My cats were scared of the fountain at first, but after a week, it’s their favorite. They’re drinking more and that’s good for them. We’ve had it for over a month now, and really appreciate the quality and how easy it is to keep clean.

but about the renewal of the filter, I have 10 weeks ahead of stock... I think the renewal is sent a bit to often (early). Managing 6 weeks would be great.

Cats took to it right away. It’s just the right size and I love that it is so quiet.

The dog bowl is fantastic, and my dog loves it. The best thing is that I do not have to change or refill the water every day; I can leave it for a week at a time. Although the bowl is great, the filter is expensive to replace every four weeks and doesn't last long. When I change the water once a week, I notice a nasty, slimy film on the filter. Aside from high grocery and gas prices, this filter is also expensive. If I had to choose, I would rather feed my family and have transportation than buy a filter every four weeks.

He doesn't drink from it, we have had it 6 - 8 months. And I keep getting these filters for $30.

Their customer service is right on top of any concerns/issues &have been very helpful & understanding of my issues.
They respond very quickly & have taken control of a resolution immediately. So far BEST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

My cat doesn’t care for this product, he won’t drink from it. So I had to give him his old water bowl back.
The package arrived beat up, thankfully not the product inside.
The item took way longer than the 5-8 days as promised, ended up having to reach out to support and wait again more than the 5-8 days. Not very pleased with the entire process and will be returning.

First order I did not get the correct fountain and it also broke. Yet, I ordered another. So far it works fine. It took a very long time to receive each of my fountains?
Directions need to be a little more basic for some of us.
Yes, I do love it in spite of my complaints.
