My cats are like kittens again! It's very gratifying to get a product that really works.

Seems pretty good. Pretty expensive when you have a lot of cats, though...

My kitty, Jasper, loves this supplement, and I feel good to be able to give it to him.
Not too long ago, I was informed by email or text - can't remember- that a new shipment would be on its way soon. But, we weren't ready for it yet, so I contacted customer service and got an immediate response from a very nice and professional person. She told me of course we could stop that shipment, and send more whenever I let them know that I needed it! Everyone knows that so often, it's really hard to get to a person in customer service to talk with about a problem or request. And sometimes, it's impossible, so you have to contact your bank and change your card number as your only solution.
There was none of that with Kitty Supps. Right away, they took care of things, with personality and politeness - and it was not AI, either.
Thank you, Kitty Supps, for being a company I can trust and work with at my own pace.

This was the worse experience. I ordered cat taurine for my cat. They sent me a confirmation link my order was processed. I never received anything else after that. My order was 2 weeks late and I was sent the incorrect order. Instead of Cat Taurine I received collagen. I had tried emailing the company 4 times and no response. My emails didn't go through. When. I filled out the contact us form on the website, it went nowhere. There was no response from anyone. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! ITS A SCAM!!

I never knew about how important Taurine was in a cats diet. So I ordered the Kitty Supps for both my cats, my female white Siamese mix has an innocent heart murmer and my female tabby is 14 years old. I thought this might help both of them. I mix it with a wet pate and they both chow it down! They do not throw up as much now, except for the occasional fur ball, and their eyes and fur look great. I would have given a 5 star rating but my last jar got ordered and charged twice, not by me, so I have to send an email to straighten that out.

I am quite pleased with Kitty Supps as I mix it in a bit of wet food and my cats eat it without problems. I have had many cats over the years and had 3 who developed kidney problems. I wish I had known about it then.

The product came quickly and my picky kitty likes it. I also appreciate the ease of ordering and the choice of ordering when I need it.

Easy to deal with. Haven't seen any stand out things with my cats as yet, but it is early days.

Kittysupps has given my Leroy a whole better way at meal times. Instead of throwing his whole meal up only minutes of finishing it 4-5 times a week now its about 2 times a month. I am happier and pretty sure Leroy is happier also

I like the quick delivery of the product. The 6 felines are eating their food with the taurine supplements.

Product works but took forever to receive it. Feels like it was only sent after I called to ask where it was 2 weeks after ordering. Ordered 4/1 received 4/21.

This product cleared up eye issues has improved their coats, and they seem healthier in general
I sprinkle it on their food and they eat it so they like the taste

Although shipping took about 2 weeks and it did take our cats awhile to adjust to the taste of it mixed into their wet food, KittySups has made a HUGE difference especially for our 16-year-old tabby. She has so much more energy and personality. Our cats' coats are softer too.

One cat likes it, the other one doesn’t so I hide it in his wet food.

My cats do seem to have more energy after using this supplement, and they eat it just fine in their food.

Kitty supps was so easy to order and seems to be helping my aging kitty!! I will be getting more when this one runs out.

My senior cat has responded well to the Taurine supplement. Since beginning the supplement she has been more alert, more active. As for the company, my only suggestion for improvement is in the shipping time. It took over three weeks to receive my order.

Great product! I just didn't know I was getting signed up for a subscription so I ended up paying for three more tubs I wasn't planning on buying before I was able to cancel.
