No problems at all and I love my KIWANO

I feel terrible for all the customers who’ve had such negative interactions with KIWANO. However, my experience has been fantastic. I love this last mile device, more than my IotaTRAX. Their customer support was quick and responsive when I had a question about the stand. Perhaps they’re experiencing growing pains? Good luck to everyone.

SCAM - Oliver Evans is a Fraud

This is not Oliver Evan's first SCAM. He has done the same thing (taken money and never delivered) with MiTagg, Nudock, iKit, Easishop just to name a few.

All orders for the K01 placed over a year ago (May 2017) have STILL never been delivered (May 2018). Delay excuses always come accompanied with a revised ship date usually 4-6 weeks away.

Poor customer service and multiple…

Poor customer service and multiple design flaws of the scooter likely mean the product will never be ready for sale. It's been offered ready for delivery every few months following an "update".
The company have no track record in producing any product
Impossible to get a refund process ed from them though they will offer when you eventually get them to respond. Seems like a good scam.
Facebook will do nothing about them. Ask your credit card company for a refund!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I am even embarrassed to call it that. These are one of the biggest scam artists I have ever seen in my life. I have been messaging them about a product they claim exists for the past 7 months and I have not received a product nor the refund I have asked for countless times. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT HAS TO SO WITH KIWANO!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THESE THIEVES.

Kiwano.co appears to be a FRAUD / SCAM

Kiwano.co appears to be a very elaborate fraud. I ordered an US$800 electric scooter 6 months ago and every time I query it they claim there is a technical fault and it will be shipped in 4 weeks. Its always 4 weeks away as this gives them time to continue selling. The sent some fake pictures of boxes in a warehouse that is supposed to be stock to build confidence but there is no stock or office. They are using a virtual office address in Miami but have no real office. Their site claims 24 hour customer care but they don't answer emails and web chat is unmanned. When I asked for a refund they ignored me and then eventually said the request it being processed but no follow up. Clearly another holding mail to allow take in more money. Please don't waste your Money.
