Communication not great
Placed order 3 weeks ago (items not in stock), heard nothing. Send a message to ask about the status of my order and no response. Did get a mail to place a review on how my order went.. maybe send that mail after you at least shipped/delivered my order.
Edit: got an update after writing this review with ETA of my order. Should arrive next week which is still acceptable to me.
