Consistently poor communication from the owner
My experience was consistently bad communication from the owner throughout the whole process. There was no communication from him without my prompting or asking first. I didn’t hear how the order was progressing and eventually after 2 months the first installation was organised by a former staff member. When he left, the owner basically ghosted me. No response to multiple phone calls or emails for 4 weeks about the second item. Only after a public social media post, did I get a response, and then after a further 2 weeks non contact from him I advised of a disputes tribunal claim which prompted a second response. He denied his responses were related to those, but after weeks of non-communication I had no faith in anything he said.
Now installed, both blinds seem good - manufactured by external companies not Kiwiblinds. Top marks to the 2 installers - excellent communication and timeliness from them.
My advice, only purchase from this company if you want to spend a lot of time chasing up your order.
