Absolutely a scam

Absolutely a scam, said they shipped my items never received. Send them an email and told me that the package was lost, no name or company name in the signature. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Stay away

Stay away! The shoes I ordered ran small- I asked for an exchange within the advertised 7-day "return period"- and they are denying an exchange for a size up!! They're still brand new. False advertising!!

Each shoe style will have a slightly different fit so we need to verify first by helping us measure the insole length then provide us with a photo that looks like the one we provided.
We have all descriptions about products, also the policy or customer's review, you can find it easily on our website.
This is our policy and we have mentioned you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your sneakers if the shoes have these problems.
- The products are defective
- You received a different size from what you ordered
- You received a different product from what you ordered.

I waited more than a week for a…

I waited more than a week for a customer service response and then was given the run around on my return and denied a refund or return of the product. Product also took 4 weeks to ship
