The order should be protected better. The card board was all dinged up. Luckily the product had no damage

Resolved in the end
The first product I received was broken. After contacting customer support they send a replacement product. The support quick to respond and solved the problem fast. Only thing is that I had to wait a long time since my order was basically shipped twice
