Bolton law misconduct
Jill Bolton spoke about me being traumatized in court, after attempted murder, kidnapping and torture against me. She told the judge on June 4th 2020 she would be charging me under 10k. I fired Jill Bolton in early August of 2020. She continued to make up charges to pad the bill through October 7th of 2020 all after being fired for misappropriation of funds awarded to me by the court. OC Mike Palmer, knowing she was NOT my attorney contacted her and they both discussed me and my now pro se case without my knowledge or consent, which under BAR rules thats professional misconduct. The judge awarded me 8000.00 for mortgage payments and my 1200.00 government check. Jill Bolton without my knowledge or consent had both of those checks rerouted to her account. She charged me almost 17,000.00 and because I demanded to know where my money was she told me in text that I still have, stop ranting and raving...then had the boldness to say I owed even more and sent it to collections. My life has been severely damaged for almost 6 years and I had no knowledge until I tried to obtain a quote. Be very careful. If a lawyer is willing to do this to a senior citizen, clearly traumatized by extreme violence what else might they be willing to do for money. Unprofessional-unethical-dishonest-no integrity. I'll never trust another attorney since these actions involved attorneys on opposing sides.
