Disappointing all round.
Initial commitment to provide sketches became chargeable despite not being disclosed at the outset. Final design was Incorrect. Product failures experienced, no replacements or refunds offered despite my repeated request..
Poor attitude - I will avoid.

I have made an order on the 9th of October and as of 25th of October the order is still saying "processing". I've contacted them recently and was told that the order will go out soon but that hasn't happened yet. I haven't seen their products yet, I'm sure they are ok, but the long lead time and lack of transparency makes me question their commitment to quality of service. Will try to get my money back and shop elsewhere which is a shame since the products on their website look ok.

We have used KJN for many years now, they can almost always find what you need, and get it for you. They have a vast array of stock and equipment to hire, all of which is accessible and affordable. We have also used their training facilities and find these to be professional and well run.
