I ordered this bag for my grandson. I had worried about delivery but it arrived surprisingly fast. Great picture and quality, he loved it and it was different from other kids packs. Very durable, 5 months of school and daycare and it is still going strong!

The bag was really cute and it comes from a sturdy material. My sister really loves it and she carries so many items in her bag that i’m surprised it’s still holding! Definitely recommend these school backpacks. :)

The quality of the bag was awful. I would have expected this to be in a dollar store for $5. I had to buy something else to use for school since it was so cheap it wouldn’t have held a computer.

I reached out to this company because the hook on top of the book bag and the strap broke within a week of using it during school. They pretty much told me I was out of luck, and that I was responsible for shipping it back to them if I wanted a refund. Just threw them away. Definitely not worth it and the customer service was horrible.

Book bag came with the treading already out or coming out. straps broke within a month had to throw away do not recommend this product you definitely do not get your moneys worth

The back pack straps broke within 3 months of it....very disappointed. My Daughter loved the design.

Terrible!!! Buyer Beware!!! $45. Fir a back pack that both zippers broke after 3 uses, and I was unable to get any type of refund, even when I sent the pictures of broken zippers and receipt of purchase date.

I bought my 9 year old daughter a solid pastel blue backpack. The color of the bag was as shown in the picture on the product page. She really likes its color. And it is durable, with thick material, light weight and right size for her to take it to school everyday. She didn't want to attach any charm to the backpack, so it was good that the charm attached can be removal.

The bags are top quality! Very durable - my daughter packs it with books and laptop and it has held up well. The shipping was a little delayed (which is normal right now) but the seller kept good communication with us.

My boys loved their book bags for school. The material used is of great quality! I highly recommend this product.

We bought a very cute pink backpack for my daughter. It took a long time to arrive, but once it arrived my daughter was very happy with it. It looked just as described and was a great backpack for a few weeks. Then the zipper broke. Now it's useless. If we had paid less for it, I wouldn't be so annoyed, but it was expensive at over 40 bucks.
