The design of the XRV650 RD03 front…
The design of the XRV650 RD03 front sprocket is good but I could not fit the sprocket on my bike. The engine output shaft is approx 24.5mm long, the KKBike sprocket is 26.5mm wide, so the KKBike sprocket cannot be in the correct position for the locking plates to be fitted.

I experienced that the Superpinion did…
I experienced that the Superpinion did not fit the brand new Honda shaft that had just been replaced. It had to be a mechanical adaptation inside the sprocket. I think only a minority of motorcyclists had achieved this. But now I have a smaller workshop with some equipment, so I got to the adaptation. Maybe it should have been informed that a mechanical adaptation may be necessary?But once the sprocket is in place, it looks really good!
Since it is stated that it is most likely my new axle that is out of tolerance, I can state that I had first fitted a regular "JT" sprocket. This sprocket went straight on the shaft without modification.

if thousands and thousands of customers around the world have fitted it without problems, it can also happen that a prop shaft is out of tolerance. Over the years we have verified that in 99.9999% of cases everything went smoothly, in those few cases where some modification was needed it was due to an inaccurate drive shaft.
The JT sprocket is structurally different from the Superpinion.

Super fast shipping, received in less than three days from Italy to Kansas, USA. Awesome sprocket for my XR650L. Nice, tight fit, gripping the entire length of splines on the output shaft. Huge improvement over the sloppy fitting stock sprocket, peace of mind is now had.

My 05 XR650l has 90k miles on original…
My 05 XR650l has 90k miles on original motor , but the splines were almost gone maybe 1/16” left. Splines are only good on last 1/8” of shaft and that’s only part new sprocket is riding on . I’m amazed !The KK sprocket is Quality!
Hope to get as many more miles , but time will tell . I would like to review again when that day comes when I can’t ride bike !!

Wish I bought two sprockets if I could have saved on shipping.. Next XR is getting this sprocket from the start !!!
