I love KKW beauty and love their…

I love KKW beauty and love their products, but my concern is they really have to work on their international shipping services! its not logical that since I am living in the UAE, I have to wait for a month or more for my order! This really holds me back many times when I want to make an order!!

Great products - very pleased

I placed an order on 15th of February, bought 2 lip pencils, 2 lipsticks, one lose powder and a blush. All products arrived intact on 6th of March in the UK. Contacted customer service few times via email and got a reply from a person not a robot which answered to my queries. Overall i am pleased with my products they are great and unique. Haven't received a customs invoice yet, however if you add those taxes on you are better off buying from brands you can find in UK.

I recently bought a lipstick and…

I recently bought a lipstick and lipliner. When I opened the package only the lipliner was in there so I assumed the lipstick was coming in a separate package. I emailed them shortly after to let them know that I never received it and they said they needed a photo of the original packaging which I had thrown away. Needless to say I am very upset that they ripped me off and I paid for product I never reicieved

Dont buy

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. Product never received due to delays with deliveries because of Covid and sent back automatically. Too much time passed and no longer able to offer refund. No money, no product.

Ordered 7 products and 3 of them came…

Ordered 7 products and 3 of them came with imperfections. When I contacted customer service they said they can be still used and no replacement can be done. I didn't want any replacement, just to point out they sent me rubbish. No apologies. Bought many products from KKW but after my last order never ever again😡

THE BEST PRODUCTS EVER ...🤎✨

kkwbeauty is seriously the BEST. i bought the mascara and the concealer! their both so amazing and the best! i cant imagine all her other products...
MASCARA: was not clumpy which is AMAZING and was giving u a good lash look!
CONCEALER: got it today from freeshipping day and it was PERFECT.. it was so creamy.. lasted long and was just perfect.
Deffenitly will be buying from KKWBEAUTY again!🤎

Breach in GDPR

I ordered from the company on Oct 31st, 2x bake and brighten sets. On 10th Dec I received a parcel addressed to me, upon opening it, I realised it wasn't my order. I received 3 eye shadow palettes, with someone else's invoice, name, address and contact details.

I emailed the company immediately with pictures. A few emails were sent back and forth before I even received an apology. I was then refunded my money and they stated, we won't be sending your order due to the distress it has caused.

I've asked twice in the last week for a contact to forward my complaint on to. Someone else has clearly received my order and my contact details and address (which I believe is a serious breach in GDPR) and KKW think a refund will make that ok.

Not acceptable.

Terrible

Terrible! Ordered the Correct Conceal Bake Brighten SET. They never sent the Correct but had it in stock on website. Just sent refund when I told them I didn't want refund; I wanted product. I ordered the SET. I don't want just part of the set. Can't use without the product ordered and they refuse refund for other items. Now, they won't even respond. What a scam!

money STOLEN

Originally my order was placed on April 29th 2020. It is now December 9th 2020, I have been waiting for my order to arrive, (which was supposed to be my 17th birthday present) for almost a year now. I received a replacement parcel to reimburse the original parcel I ordered on the 25th of September, to an alternate address, this replacement only included 2/5 of the items I originally ordered; which was very disappointing as the items I wanted most I never received. I was told for the remainder of my items I would receive a refund for, I gave my card number used to place the order and waited over a month; checking my bank account daily for my refund. Eventually I contacted customer service again after I had waited a month, taking the 7-12 business days into account. I was not told or specified that my refund would be sent to the gift cards I had already used on this order, which had apparently happened when I reached out. These gift cards had been destroyed as anyone does after using a gift card and expecting to receive the items they ordered; so I am unable to receive my refund. They will only send my gift cards back to the original purchaser, not the person they were issued too. I was under the impression my refund would be sent directly to my bank account as they asked for my card number and never specified my refund would be sent to USED gift cards. I have undergone a whole year of anxiety and stress wondering where my parcel is and my money, the customer service is very poor. Automated emails are sent, very unhelpful. I feel extremely devalued and disrespected as a customer, to what is supposed to be a legitimate business. I have been mentally drained trying to recover my stolen money from this business. I am only 17 and I am distraught and disgusted in the way you handle disputes and won’t resolve problems. I will NOT ever be purchasing from KKW beauty again sadly, I cannot handle the stress of it. I would like my money back please. $67 is a lot to a teenager but I suppose you think your business needs it more than a struggling teen.

Terrible customer service experience

Read my exchange with their customer service and beware prior to ordering.

Why would you offer a solution that you can not actually provide? You're welcome to look at my response time which was prompt, as you took several days to get back to me. I also don't understand why you completely avoided my detailed review of how your email was misleading and the discount was not applied. It is unfortunate that you are taking advantage of people during such a difficult year by not providing simply what you STATED in your promotional email, and not being even slightly apologetic for YOUR mistake. No further communication is needed on this subject. I will be posting this email exchange on a few review sites to let your other customers know that you do not stand by your word and that customer service is not a priority for you.

Hi Victoria,

I understand that since the order has shipped you cannot do anything, but in principal this is not ok. I also had an email exchange with you whenmy order was "processing" but you took several days to get back to me at which point the order was shipped. You sent out a promotional email saying that starting now there is a sitewide 30% promotion, but no promocode needed as the discount is applied at checkout. The email stated that certain exclusions apply. When I placed my order I noticed that the discount was not applied but I assumed my items were excluded. I later checked the website again and saw that the items I hard ordered earlier were in fact included in the promotion and I paid full price because your email went out before your website was updated with the discounts. This is just bad customer services, and it deters me from shopping with you in the future.

The color match is non existent!!

The color match is non existent!!! I ordered the correct and conceal kit. The concealer is too dark, it was my first time ordering from this company. The concealer that I received was a lot darker than the picture online. I paid 130$ , for a product I will never use . Never buying again !!!!

Absolutely garbage

Very poor quality. The color psrt of the lip liners fall right out! The lids don't stay on so they made a mess in my bag! The nude is dark brown. The return policy is none existing. I was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED! I paid $80 Canadian for 2 lip liners and a lipstick that were GARBAGE. Save your money. I'll stick to MAC
