While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I used Klapty to make a VR Tour almost two yeas ago for a client (2022). Just recently my client calls asking what happened to the tour - they can no longer access it. What I discovered (via the Klapty web chat) was that my tour was DELETED WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHATSOEVER because I had not upgraded to a paid subscription. I'm fine paying for a subscription if I have to. But for Klapty to not only deactivate, but completely delete the tour that I paid a 3rd party to build for me was one step too far. If it were simply deactivated, then at least I'd be able to initiate a paid subscription so they could resurrect it and keep things rolling. But, no. They decided to scrub it completely - again, without notifying me about it at all!!
When I got a hold of a rep in the chat, I was told, "...when this happens tours are deactivated and deleted after some time." I got no clarification from her on what "some time" is. The last time I accessed it myself was about 3 or 4 months ago. Furthermore, I have yet to find ANY disclaimers whatsoever on their website stating that content created using the free platform will be deleted after "some time".
Needless to say, I am VERY disgruntled about this. At this point, even if they wanted to make it right, they can't, because my content is GONE. Now I've got to rebuild the entire VR Tour myself (which could take half a week) - but I won't be doing it on Klapty.
Thought they had a free version. they only have free trial if you commit to a subscription
I operate in the real estate industry, and it is important to create and share virtual tours for the customers. So, I used Klapty 360 degree virtual tour software. It is the best tool to create a virtual tour.
