Same story with reklamation
Same story with reklamation. I buy and sell a tru Klaravik. they interesting of that but when is coming to a problem with delivery maskin that maskin not working then is no help at all. it is a last think we buy and sell tru them. We will talk with blinto.se instead.
twice same problem. We have company in North of Sweden.

VERY BAD SERVICE AND VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR
We have bought in auction a big excavator at the end of January. No help from no one. The owner didn't care for the loading. We paid the machine with VAT which we were "lucky" to get back 4 months later.
They finally dismount the machine in order to transport it.
Klaravik was agressive to us so much that i will not work again with these people in Sweden. Actually i will not buy from Sweden again. I was so tired with people who don't want to work. They even didn't give us loading dimensions and weight. Never ! Instead of pushing the owner they were pushing us. We paid penalty for not loading on the truck 1.500€ because of wrong dimensions (that we got from the web since noone gave us dimensions)
Meanwhile for same model excavator machine from Austria i paid 60% lower transport cost and i finished it in 10 days. From Klaravik Sweden it took almost 4 months . Moreover they accused us as responsible for the delay according to "Terms and Conditions".
Of course i lost my customer for this machine because of the delay.
The people are awful.
THEY DON'T LIKE TO WORK. THEY 'RE NOT INTERESTED TO WORK.
I sell/load almost 40 machines/year.
I will never load from KLARAVIK SWEDEN again.
The most funny is that when i complained they blocked our account.
What goes around comes around. Economy won't be stable forever.
p.s. by the way they don't say the truth about the machine's condition. They don't care anyway.
