HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE
While product is good, the costumer service is horrible! I never received my order and sent over 4 emails to their costumer service requesting the money or the product, but no respond. NOTHING! I also requested to pause my subscription but I got billed again, and I couldn't return or stop the product from sending, altho I do have email confirmation that I requested cancelation, but NO RESPOND! So just be aware that at company there are no people involved with costumer service and no one to help you if things go wrong. I have been subscriber, and using the product for about 7 years, which makes it even worse, to treat your loyal costumer that way. I ended my subscription and will no longer order from here. There are similar products out there and I may just give them a try.

Terrible! I placed the order over a month ago and never received it. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but no one answers. Now the DHL courier is telling me I have to pick up the package in Germany, but I live in Italy, where I was supposed to receive my order. A terrible experience!!!

„You can cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties or fees. Visit our subscription management portal at any time to cancel. Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you won't be charged for future deliveries” - in practice impossible. There is no information how to find this subscription management portal. Anna

Waiting for my refund
They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee. It is untrue.
I paid over 20 euros in shipping to Germany to return the products which did not work for my skin and I still have not received my refund and they are unresponsive over email.
