Ordered this dress as a late decision to wear for a wedding. Unfortunately my usual size - 14 - was a bit tight fitting, so I had to return it and exchange for a size 16. The exchange, for some reason, didn't happen and I was refunded instead. With the wedding at the end of that week, I phoned Customer Service, who were extremely helpful. I explained the situation and they managed to get it to me the day before, so that I had time to try on and match accessories! It fitted beautifully, was very comfortable and just the right length for me - below the knee (I am 5'3"). I teamed it with a lime green jacket and navy corsage, which made it just a bit more interesting, (so many people wearing navy!) and got several compliments. What made it even better was that it was on special offer, so it was also a bargain! So, was very happy with the dress, (which I know I will wear again as very versatile to dress up or down) and very grateful to (possibly) Hayley in Customer Services, who was so helpful
