bad experience, They take you more than 10 km from the airport to an area in the middle of nowhere and then you're held hostage!!! I had purchased insurance through the booking website, but the agent refused to acknowledge it. I was forced to pay an additional €200 for insurance, and then he demanded an extra €100 for crossing the border, even though the quoted price was €14 per day. And that's not all! Then he took a €100 deposit, which he cashed, even though he had told me it was a deposit. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

We would like to clarify that our office locations are situated outside the airport area, with shuttle transfer provided to ensure easy access. Regarding the rental process, all our colleagues are trained to present both available options—either renting with a damage deposit or choosing a zero-risk insurance package—so that, in the interest of transparency, every customer can make a fully informed decision. We do not oblige customers to select any specific option. Please also note that insurance purchased through a broker or third-party platform is not the same as the coverage options available directly at our desk, which may differ in terms and conditions.
Additional services, such as cross-border travel, are subject to specific fees in accordance with our terms and conditions, and these are explained at the rental desk before confirmation.
Regarding the administrative deposit, this is blocked as a guarantee for aspects such as the fuel level or if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty. This means the car should be returned in the same condition as it was at pickup. In most cases, if all conditions are respected, the deposit is released by us at the time of the vehicle’s return; however, depending on the bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to become available again.
We understand how these aspects may have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

I rented car from Klass Wagen through Booking .com.
Car was good and services as far as shuttle to airport was excellent !
However, I was extremely unhappy with the scary tactics to get more money than was the original agreement. At the office, I was charged more than double what I already paid to booking.com. To me, that is extermly misleading information for clients. I would understand 100 or 150 extra; however more than origina price was unexpected and an unpleasant begining of my vaccation !
Suggestion : maybe do nikt rent cars through booking.com if that is not convenient for you !

New and clean cars, but the last impression ruined the overall experience
New and clean cars, good value for money. Effortless booking with clear options what comes to insurance etc.
Would have given five stars unless the driver who took us back to the airport terminal hadn't driven 120 km/h on street with a 70 km/h speed limit and 90-95 km/h on an urban street with a 50 km/h speed limit. It felt like he had a death wish. That didn't leave a positive impression of the company.

Reliable company
I choose this company as their rental price was amazingly good. The rental process was smooth as in description and staffs were also very nice and kind. Their car condition was great, it looked like brand new. The only problem I had was that I booked their car through booking.com with full protection, but when we arrived at spot a staff pointed out that the booking.com insurance is actually not covering everything. Then I was guided by him to take their own insurance offer with real full protection. It seems they have different policies or conditions about insurance for their cars than booking.com. At the end I am happy that we got refunded our insurance payment on booking.com and made new insurance contract with the company, but it was too much confusing feeling to start holidays. And with new insurance the rental price ended up with almost similar price as usual big rental companies.

Pick up - Small issue / Drop-off All good (Teilon)
Picking up the car I had some problems as the company charged me additional money for returning the car outside normal office hours, but this was not informed to me be beforehand. They reduced the amount in the end, but charged me either ways. Returning the car, on the other hand, went all good. Teilon was very kind, helpful and efficient. Thanks.

I had an excellent experience with this car rental company from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free, which made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by Daniel. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged, taking the time to explain all the necessary information clearly and making sure I felt confident and comfortable with my rental.
It is rare to come across such genuine customer care and dedication. Daniel’s positive attitude and willingness to help made a significant difference and reflected very highly on the company as a whole.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone . I will definitely be choosing them again in the future ( August 2026)

Mixed experience
Helpful staff, rest was a mess.
* didnt tell beforehand that there would be surcharge for bringing the vehicle back on easter sunday. Even though i booked on KW website and not thirdparty.
* didnt have a child seat as reserved (but did tell me they would reimburse. i had to then try to buy a seat)
* initially gave a car without winter tires (had to insist on one)
* Strangest one. I had booked a car with full insurance (total cover). On return, the car was listed with multiple items of damage. Even though we were not affected, we know for sure we did nothing. So, why?
I have had better experience with KW before.
