The young office assistant tried to push too hard for me to buy an additional insurance. He seemed to do this because I'm a woman, and he doesn't believe that women can drive as well as men and/ or can be more easily influenced to spend money on insurance.
This is a negative point. If this happens again, we'll have a problem

Always a great experience. The booking itself on the website is easy and transparent and you can choose from a lot of super nice cars. They have a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and the personnel is profesional and speaks good English. Best car rental I’ve tried in Europe

Very poor and stressful experience with Klass Wagen in Suceava.

At pick-up I was not provided with photos of the vehicle’s condition, only a sketch. When I tried to take pictures myself, the agent rushed the process and said my phone was not good enough to take proper photos. He also made it clear that he could not wait while I carefully inspected the car.

At return the situation became even worse. Several scratches were immediately attributed to me and I was pressured because my photos were considered “not valid”. During this discussion the agent even stated that he does not care about online reviews, which is shocking for a company that depends on customer trust.

The most concerning part is that the initial claim was €610 for several damages. After I sent my own evidence, the company had to review the case multiple times and the amount was reduced first to €410 and then to €310 because some of the damages were confirmed to be pre-existing.

This clearly raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the initial damage assessment and the way customers are treated during the inspection process.

Overall this experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. If you rent from this company, make sure you record the car extremely carefully from every angle before leaving the parking lot.
Your reply is hiding the most important matter. You are not holding photos evidence at the delivery of the car only a sketch. This is where the scam is. But I will address this to the Consumer protection in Romania

I call them 25 min before shift ending, Cosmin help me get the information I need and rebook a new car.
I arrived in Cluj-Napoca Airport, I call shuttle and maximum 5 min a nice young man pick me and another 3 person's from same flight which had a agreement with them.
Help us to handle the baggage and take us with an minivan to the car collection point.
There i did pay and sign all documents i need for my rental and in 15 minutes I left their gate with a lovely 2008 Peugeot Crossland.
I did enjoy the car and at return at 3am in morning some lovely staff take me to the airport after safety check.

First time rental from this company and very nice first impressions about fast moving and professionalism all staff provided against me.

Ill be back soon for my next family holiday.

Ease pick-up, drop

Really good service. Good cars and very fast in and out, so no time wasted!

No deposit option against a surcharge, easy pick up and drop off, shuttle to the airport makes it very easy and straight forward.

My experience with this company was both disappointing and disgusting from start to finish. When I arrived to collect the car, I was suddenly confronted with a long list of extra terms and conditions that were never mentioned during booking. I was told I needed to film every scratch and mark myself because it was dark and they “might have missed something.” That immediately raised red flags — it felt like they were setting me up to be blamed for damage that wasn’t mine.

I was then told I would have to wash and clean the car before returning it, which is completely unreasonable for a standard rental. On top of that, they tried to push their insurance on me even though I already had my own, and when I declined, I was hit with additional fees that were never disclosed beforehand.

The deposit amount was completely different from what was shown during booking, and I didn’t have enough funds for the unexpected increase. The prices they quoted for even tiny scratches or normal wear and tear were outrageous, and it felt like they were ready to charge customers for anything they could get away with.

The whole situation felt like a rip-off, and I didn’t trust them at all. I cancelled the rental and walked away. I would never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

Booked a VW Taigo this week from Suceava Airport. Very good experience. Good people. Will book again.

For us was important the full insurance included in the price, accessible price.
