Klatchit uses untrustworthy sellers. I purchased a shark vaccum from SharkNinjaDeals. After using it 4 times it stopped working, roughly 10 days past their 10 day return policy. When I went to leave feedback on the Klatchit site for the seller, I was redirected to the feed back page which had my order number, but said the sale took place in Jan.2012, instead of the actual purchase date of May 2020 which is shown on my account page. After writing review, I finally found the "Leave Feedback" tab (which was hidden from view) and submitted only to be redirected by Klatchit to another page saying "The page you are trying is not available". I went through the actions multiple times and was never able to leave my poor rating. I lost around $120 for a worthless piece of junk. If your thinking of using Klatchit, Buyers Beware!

I have bought in-stock items from them twice now and had my orders canceled on the day of the supposed delivery. Both times the items still showed as in stock at the time of cancellation. I will not shop there again.

A mixup, on my part, with my order, turned into a positive experience. Jack was friendly, attentive and followed up with me as promised to resolve my issue. He went above and beyond in his customer service. I appreciate the ease and speed of the problem resolution. Jack is an asset to your organization. I look forward to doing business with your company again in the future.

Ordered on Thursday and received the product on Saturday. Exactly what I ordered at a price at least 20% less than Amazon or Walmart. Very pleased and would order from the again.

I ordered a cell phone from this site. I used the chat to inquire about my order 3 days after placing it and was told the phone would ship the same day or the next day. I used my Samsung phone for a little over one month. The screen stopped working for an unknown reason. I contacted customer service past the return deadline. They quickly responded, sent me a return label, and sent me a replacement phone which has been working perfectly. I was very impressed with both the communication and the product. They could have easily told me to simply contact Samsung for repair or replacement. I would highly recommend this site.

Mecca for great prices, I'm sure you already noticed this. If you were just curious what everyone else had to say about the website. Leave a swanky review because.... well.... frankly.... Klatchit provides killer products, great prices, convenient.... great store..... careful how many product you add to the cart, good chance you’ll end up buying a lot. Top notch company.
