I feel scammed after their "service".

I feel scammed after their "service".
They become to my house, just turned the main ventil (which was stuck) via adjustable wrench without turning off anything (so if something went wrong, my house would be under water now). The whole operation took around 6-7 minutes and they charged me 397.22 Euro.
The driving costs - 69 euro
flat rate - 199 euro
actual work - 65.80 euro
tax. - 63.43

One more important thing. So this turkish guy (Yassmi Makrum) shows me the price on the POS terminal, I went for my card, returning, he shows 470 Euro.
- But it was another number a second ago.
- Ah, sorry, this is for the previous rechnung.
and changing back to 397.22

So just trying to scam more.
