100% the worst comapny to deal with! They copied a Quebec website and they sell their cheap fake products that say they are genuine leather and they are far from that. I sent an e-mail to cancel my order as soon as I purchased it and they didn't answer for a week and said it was too late to stop the order. They say they will send me a shipping tag to return the items and then ignore you. Don't ever purchase anything from them.

Don't concern with how this company can improve, just don't buy from them. I fell for their refund policy, where I received a 20% refund for a garment that was too small. I get the keep the garment, but it doesn't fit! The replacement jumper has a thread change in the front centre, where there are different colours apparent. I've had not response to 9 emails. A joke and uncontactable. Avoid at all costs

Klenient is a scam! I wish I had read the reviews instead of falling for the sham pictures of their products. When the shoes arrived, they were synthetic: the item description said leather and item photo on the Klenient website looked like leather. The cardigan colours were not as indicated in the on the Klenient website, the fabric was a cheap synthetic and the cut was awful. I requested a full refund following the instructions at the website klenient.com / policies / refund-policy. No reply after 24h, so I resent, still no reply. Then I checked the reviews. Oh dear. I've been robbed. Don't buy from Klenient.

As per other shoppers. Quality poor, sizing small and not even close to fitting. Refund process the same with offering of 15% and 30% refund to keep the items. I have choosen to bin the items and accept I wasted my money. Do not purchase from this site as it is China based and returns are at your own cost.

My experience has led me to always review on-line first! Similar to all of the other complaints, the dresses I purchased looked nothing like the ones on-line. Cheap fabric, poor design and obviously not designed or put together by a professional team. Deception is all this business is good at, sadly.

POOR QUALITY
I just received the item after 4 weeks of waiting and it is NOTHING like the picture. I purchased a corduroy dress which on the website looks flattering and well made, however what I received is shapeless, thin and short.
Do not recommend.

Do not buy anything from this company, in fact, why are they still allowed to trade? They take your money in return for an item which is of extremely poor quality and, in most cases, unwearable and they do not honour their risk free guarantee. They falsely advertise and that supposed to be against the law, isn't it?

Read the reviews! Firstly this seller is based in China (not Sydney as per their website). The item bore no resemblance to the picture being firstly the wrong size and secondly constructed of a cheap and nasty polyester fabric. In good faith I went to their customer service team via their website with a request to honour the '100% money back' guarantee splashed all over their website. First I was offered 15% and after I declined that offer, 30%. I lodged a dispute with Paypal. Two further attempts to settle the matter via PP were met with 'please contact our customer service team'. I have now escalated the issue within Paypal but their tactic is to just keep offering low amounts until you give up in exhaustion.

They have stolen my money. I ordered and paid for an article and have not received it . I agree completely with this customer's comments :I bought two items from this company which appeared to be a NZ company as it literally had the letters NZ in the webist title. After a month still hadn't recieved them. When I contacted them, I got a very over the top flowery email talking about bringing me happiness and joy as a customer and effusive apologies. The items arrived around a week later. The dress when seen online looked like robust corduroy but when it arrived, was flimsy polyester and utterly shapeless. When I put it on, and raised my arms, it rode up over my waist! The trousers were supposed to be linen and cotton but when they arrived, they were polyester and too small.
I immediately repackaged them, contacted them and asked for a return shipping label as stated on their site. Then began a series of bizarre emails where they offered me $15 gift cards in return, or that I pay them more money to get an exchange, or that i get a percentage off more clothes. I kept saying no thanks and requesting the shipping lable. By this time I was annoyed and worried and started looking online to see how other people had found them. It appears from their FB page that my experience is consistent with others in the wierd email resistance to a return as well as no items arriving. But they have only been online for a few months so there isnt much info out there on them yet.
Finally, they sent me a form which said i had to pay for the shipping back to China! I was appalled at this, when I checked out how much this would cost, it would be half the price of the clothes. I refused to do this and took it up with Paypal as a dispute. False advertising in that they called themselves a NZ company and said online that returns would have a shipping lable. Secondly the goods were nothing like they were presented online.
I dont know how the dispute will go, but I am determined that they will not get away with this.

This is not an Australian company.
Their banner says Sydney but it is actually Chinese. Ordered a dress which was very well photograped.
The sizing is incorrect and way too small and very cheap fabric and cut. Tracking is pathetic.
Have received a 50% discount. When will I learn.
Be warned

I'm so angry with myself for believing these products were Australian, made in Australia by a 'green' energy saving company.
To me they offered 50% discount, which I thought was reasonable for Australian clothing. But when I received the articles 4 weeks later, they aren't as described, made with cheap material, certainly not worth the money.

I ordered the Daniel Premium Jacket
It took 3 weeks to arrive but couldn't be happier with the jacket.
Fits perfectly looks great and seems good quality

Didn’t read the reviews and should have.
Paid with PayPal but having no luck with them either.
I actually checked what the premium materials were that the jumper was made with and was told it had wool in it.Not!
It was the wrong colour and they failed to issue an Invoice or receipt.
Took ages to be delivered.
Have sent two emails to them with no response.
Don’t go near this company, they state they are Australian. It’s not..…
They are Chinese.

I wish I had read the reviews of others beforehand.
Like them, I purchased an item from what I thought was an Australian shop, showing “Sydney” a number of times on the website. I am careful about what I buy online and read their policies carefully, felt confident that it was a safe choice (and within Australia).
The item was a gift for someone, I needed to return it because it wasn’t a good fit, so I contacted them through the correct means and received a polite reply confirming I could return the item but cover the cost, which I was happy with (as I had read this was their policy).
However, when they sent me the label, the return address given was in China, and was going to cost AUD$25 to post as well as completing a lengthy customs form.
I keep getting passive aggressive replies - stating that their policies are transparent and clearly show the customer is responsible for returns (which I wasn’t debating) and they will gladly refund the item if I send it.

Very similar to other reviews from this shop - the items i received were order L but came XS - trying to return was such a hassle and I had to post back to Aussie even though their website says "Klenient Auckland" - this really annoyed me as I had specifically ordered thinking I could return them to a NZ address.
Returned 3 weeks ago and no sign of refund
And yes I got all the emails each one offering me an increased discount from their store to 'save the environment' from my return - in the end I firmly said to stop emailing me these offers and give me the address!! only then did I find out it was an Australian address - so annoying

An untrustworthy company that claims to sell high end garments. The advertisement that I purchased from said Klenient Sydney, and pictured a fancy shop front.
I purchased a dress and paid extra for tracking. Fortunately I had paid by Paypal and got them involved to get an authentic tracking number.
Now that the garment has arrived and is ill fitting I asked for a returns authorisation, but instead keep getting the same email repeating their intention to provide the best customer service possible, whilst providing the opposite.
Seems to be a ripoff!
