If you want a nice hot cup of tea, don’t bother because it just isn’t hot enough
Not only did I wait an outrageous amount of time for it to be delivered to where I had to contact your customer service twice about it then when it finally got here, I was so excited to use it and then to find that it cannot make a hot enough cup of tea it’s just a cup of tea and you need your water to go a little bit higher in temperature because it’s just not hot enough it’s almost there but it’s not hot enough so thank you for making me not only waste my time but waste my money.

Item misrepresented…
Item misrepresented on tv ads as it appears to be just press a button to make a cup of coffee. Most people use mugs these days and 100ml only half fills and a double press is too much. Bought for vision impaired person to use to gain some independence however unsafe as is. Would be great if you could set a selected delivery amount. We perservered with the trial but unsafe to do without supervision which defeated the purpose.

Goods arrived promptly. Mattress topper is OK and does not really make mattress flat like in ad. Pillows not that supportive and can get quite warm when sleeping on them

So Easy Soup
What a wonderful product. It has taken the guesswork and time out of soup making. I have made some great tasting soup with some less than perfect ingredients.
I have also made some fantastic smoothies with fresh fruit. I find I'm eating far less processed food which can only be a good thing.
