We had a new front door supplied and fitted by Andy from KLIC Home Improvements and I’m really happy with what he has done, he was on time, professional and the job he’s done looks absolutely great, I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend to anyone.

Top Job!

First class service and we felt very comfortable as things moved along with nothing being to much trouble.
The fitter Andy completely fitted our Bungalow out in 3 days (on his own) fantastic guy a credit to the company!

My conservatory!

The whole process was easy and all staff were delightful. Harvey was explicit and the design fitted my space perfectly. Steve and Blake worked so hard and discussed what was happening as they went along, adapting where there was a choice. They were polite,friendly and respectful at all times. The process was completed to the time schedule except for the removal of the skip.

First Class service from Quote to Completion.

I have to admit I cannot fault this company on the installation of my new porch. I have been thoroughly impressed throughout the entire process and working myself in Sales for over 30yrs, I can vouch in my experience the customer service, quality of work and product are excellent.
I personally found all the staff to be extremely polite and respectful. This was an opportunistic call at my door to enquire if I needed anything, no pushy sales experienced. I am thrilled they called and I would not hesitate to recommend Klic Home Ltd.
A big shout out to Mark, Ricky, Donna and Dan and a huge thank you to all the team who make this business one to trust in!

Excellent Provider

The whole experience with KLIC from start to finish was excellent. The guys who came to the house were all great & a pleasure to deal with. Choice was good and had what we needed. Delivery time was excellent, really quick. Installation day, the guy was here bang on 08:00 and set to work straight away. Really thorough job. The quality of the doors is top notch, they have made such a difference to the house. We've noticed how much quieter it is and less drafty. Highly recommended

Avoid KLIC Home Like the Plague

Avoid KLIC Home Like the Plague.

I arranged for a sales representative from KLIC Home to visit my house in Dec 2025 to provide a quote for new windows. From the start, I explained that I was still shopping around and wasn’t ready to commit to any company yet.

The sales process immediately felt strange. The representative only showed me their best reviews and avoided mentioning any negative feedback. He then gave me an extremely high quote and started calling his boss while sitting in my living room, as if it was some sort of “deal or no deal” situation. Each time he called, the price magically dropped. It felt like a high-pressure sales tactic designed to rush us into making a decision.

He kept insisting that the price was a “one-time offer” and pressured us to put down a deposit immediately of £1000. Unfortunately, my wife ended up paying a £200 deposit.

After the visit, I looked into the company’s reviews more thoroughly and saw many warnings from other customers saying to avoid them like the plague. Because of this, I cancelled the order the very next day.

Getting the £200 deposit back then became a nightmare. Despite multiple phone calls and emails (following their own cancellation policy), they kept delaying the refund while repeatedly saying it was “being processed.” I even spoke directly with the company director, who claimed their system showed the money had already been refunded. When I asked for the date of the refund, they couldn’t provide one and called them out on their blatant lies.

Eventually, I had to involve my solicitor and threaten legal action. Remarkably, the £200 was returned within eight minutes of them receiving the letter from my solicitor.

I can’t comment on the quality of their work since I cancelled before any work was done. However, based on my experience with their sales tactics and the difficulty in getting my deposit refunded, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and never pay a deposit as it took nearly 3 months of emailing and phone calls and a letter from my solicitor for them to return the deposit. Below is the company reply.

The £200 has just been refunded.

Not sure why it wasn’t done back I December as the contract had clearly been cancelled on our system.

Please accept our apologies.

Avoid this company like the plague, over pressure sales rep, overall poor service and blatant lie’s on returning deposit.

After very poor service was told they would only settle the dispute if I deleted my review

Apart from the questionable sales tactics and pricing mentioned by others the way I’ve been spoken to by this company is shocking. There was no communication from them regarding fitting dates; appointments were made, cancelled and rearranged all without telling me. On fitting day they only brought one door not the two they were supposed to bring so I had to have an employee stay behind an extra four hours whilst they went back and forth to get the other door. Then the lock wasn’t working properly until eventually I was locked out of my house unable to get in - apparently this was likely due to swelling from the door facing the sun and the lock needed loosening. I had had to make various rearrangements due to these issues and on each occasion had asked to speak to someone about the issues but had no communication whatsoever until they dang asking for payment. When I stated I was waiting for a call regarding the problems I’d experienced I was accused of lying, laughed at, patronized and told he wouldn’t be apologizing as there was nothing to apologize for. I’ve literally never been spoken to by a business as badly as I was spoken to during that phone call.
Edit: since this original review I received an email (still with no apology) stating they would settle the matter in terms of the refund I felt due only on the condition I deleted the above review which is clearly how they maintain a high rating despite incidents such as mine.

KLIC provided an excellent service

KLIC provided an excellent service.
There was an initial issue with the door being delivered from the factory the wrong colour. KLIC were on the case right away and resolved the problem as soon as the right one was ready from the factory.
The buying experience was easy and the salesman knowledgeable about the product and had samples with him.
Once the papers were signed we had a full detailed measure up by their surveyor within a week. A few weeks later the installation was equally impressive, the on site guys very pleasant, conscientious, hard working and focused on getting the little things right. Overall, we’re absolutely delighted with our new windows and composite door. We have a very large, curved bay window and it looks superb. All of our neighbours commenting on how lovely everything looks. Well done KLIC, highly recommended.

Very impressed with this company

Very impressed with this company. Firstly, a lovely man came to my door and explained very well about Klic Home windows and arranged for another lovely man called Harvey to visit, who gave such good advice and sales talk and a great deal, we booked for windows to be replaced. We then had a very nice man come to confirm measurement of the windows that Harvey had taken, then within a few weeks the windows were ready to be fitted. Then Andy the fitter arrived and done the most perfect job, even bought his own hoover to clear up! He put dust sheets everywhere and left everything clean and what a lovely man he was. The staff for this company are professional, polite and friendly, well done Klic.

Late Cancellation of Appointment

I had a home appointment today in Ipswich at 14.00 for bifold door quote following a call from KLIC. I re-arranged the day to be home in time for the visit. In late morning, a KLIC "diary manager" rang on mobile to check both "my wife and I" would be there for their sales visit - otherwise they would not proceed. This was a late & unexpected demand. My wife works in London. As I work locally I get to lead on our home improvements projects....normally fairly competently. KLIC late cancelled and proposed a "canvasser" would call in few days to make another arrangement with "both parties present". I'm not impressed at the lack of fore-warning of this requirement and KLIC's late cancellation. Further, demanding both partners are present is a known red flag for assertive salesmen to gain a signature same day.

We have a Georgian Property in a beautiful part of the world, the quality of the sash and casement windows suited our needs perfectly.

Eleven windows replaced in 1800s Cottage

All eleven windows needed replacing at my 1800s cottage.
Was apprehensive about finding a good replacement company.
So pleased to have found KLIC Home Improvements online.
From the initial quote, survey and fitting it was seamlessly friendly and informative.
1st November met Harvey for pricing up, 11th November Rick surveyed and went through window details, 25th November Danny and his lovely lady partner fitted all eleven in two days. They were so considerate with keeping any mess to a minimum while working and meticulously cleaned up afterwards.
The whole team were friendly and efficient, finding time to include my needy dog.
The process was professional with a warmth and genuine care for doing the job right.
I'm so impressed, the windows already making the cottage warmer, safer and looking spectacular!

Thank you KLIC Home Improvements , you're a superb company, I'd without doubt recommend !

Poor Quality and Lack of Accountability

We commissioned new windows last year, with a promise of installation by Christmas — but the work wasn’t completed until spring. When installed, most of the (15) windows had manufacturing faults and installation damage, leading to months of calls, emails, site visits, remedial work, and ongoing disruption to our home life.

Stewart Grand, company sales director, has personally asked us in February to make the final payment and provided a small discount for inconvenience to date, with a promise that all issues will be resolved immediately.

The issues were only resolved in July, 7 months after promised timeline.

As by then it was evident that some of the issues were the result of manufacturing fault, Stewart proposed to request further compensation, this time from the manufacturer, and come back to us with a reasonable offer. That was in early July, and since then he has not returned any of our follow up emails or phone calls.

A disappointing experience overall.

Updated on 5th Nov 2025: I have just received a phone call from Klic Home, threatening me with a legal action if I ‘do not take this review down’. The manner of discussion was rude, threatening and with use of unflattering language.

This is no longer simply an unpleasant experience, this is a display of bullying behaviour.

had all windows and doors fitted

had all windows and doors fitted, 13k worth of work, perfect,,,at first, the lads worked quickly (maybe too quickly)!! looked great when finished,,,,however,,,,after sales is shocking. we now have mold up the windows (yes I have tried everything from dehumidifier, to cleaning daily, got a very loose front door handle, called several time,,,,zilch!! they tried to sell us a conservatory and then mentioned the mold and the door handles, promised to fix, zilch again!!!, got a call from a sales man to chase up our quote of the conservatory, told him about the issues we are having,,, weeks later still NOTHING!!!! we advertised for you but your after sales is terrible!!!! can't remember the date of getting them done but over two years ago.
