I ordered a Michael kors watch it came in a Hugo boss box and Instructions

Very pleased with my order excellent quality

I ordered a watch not too long ago. When it arrived the quality didn’t feel right. After wearing it a couple of times a screw came out. I have contacted customer service as I had the watch less than a month before the happened and no one has got back to me. I am very disappointed with this service and definitely won’t be recommending.

I received my package yesterday, initially I was not very happy as the parcel did not contain the link removal tool, however the company emailed me back straight away apologising that it had not been put into the package and that another one would be sent out. I also was not happy that the package clearly marked as fragile was dumped over my 6ft gate by the delivery company and I didn't notice the email until late at night, the watch was freezing cold and the Box was wet. The company have offered me a 20% refund. I am happy with the watch that I received.

Ordered a Hugo boss gents watch , although it was delivered brilliantly , I didn’t seem to have any order number or confirmation of the order / delivery sent to my phone , otherwise 5 stars thanks anyway as watch ordered was a present and gratefully received

AVOID!!
Ordered a Hugo Boss watch, got no confirmation email, I had to look for my order and when it arrived it was absolutely fake!! Emailed them and of course never got back to me!!! Their phone number doesn't work.

Unfortunately the wallet did not seem a genuine product.

Ordered 2 watches as a gift which were never delivered. Phone number is invalid which sent alarm bells ringing. I emailed them many times only to be ignored. I attempted to contact them through Facebook messenger only to be told my items had been dispatched but they could not provide tracking details. After waiting days nothing and beyond the date I needed to gift them I asked for a refund, Im still waiting and it has been several weeks. You will never receive a reply to your complaint. Completely fraudulent company, you will never receive your items or your money back. I will be reporting them to the police and any other authority.
Update following the companies reply:
No they have not refunded me yet, Barclays have covered me through their insurance and are pursuing Klick Direct for my refund or items which I have in writing from them so yet another fraudulent lie by the company.

Received the wrong delivery, wrong watch. It was a birthday present and had to go and get a new present very inconvenient.

Great service, was delivered very promptly, i was uncertain after reading some negative reviews, but amazing service! Will definitely be useing again
