They sent us $5,000 worth of infested product, and the same thing happened to the closed kiosk in Las Vegas. Please be very careful — this has been the biggest fraud we have experienced. No one should be misled by this person."

The owner, Milos Klimovich, stole $45K from me and more from at least 30 other people, then ran away to his home country in Europe. He used high-pressure sales tactics to get you to sign a non-refundable contract and wire money immediately. As soon as the money was collected, they ghosted you. A bunch of low-life scammers in suits. It’s guaranteed you will lose your money. After spending our hard-earned money on his lifestyle, the guy told me he’s broke and “waiting for a line of credit” to pay me back the money he should have never taken in the first place.
Holy Bowly, or any other brand you see on their website, is a fake partnership. The courses he’s selling to aspiring franchise consultants are all fake. Scam, scam, scam! Run the other way! Check Reddit for many other stories like this one. The feds need to catch this guy.

Big scam. They took money from us for a franchise in Canada and not returning funds. It has been over a year and they didnt find us a location. They already have so many cases on them. Stay away! Save your money.. you can also ask chat gpt and it will tell you the same thing about them

I invested in the Panda Pancakes franchise through Klimate Group in June 2024, and it turned into a complete scam.
Their pattern is deeply deceptive. They pretend to know franchisors, claim they’re officially connected, and promise full support but in reality, they just use logos of real companies without legitimate partnerships. They never pay the franchisors and mislead you from the start.
After collecting the franchise fee, they stall first saying they’re “looking for a location” (which buys them 2+ months), then later claiming they’re not registered in your state something they clearly knew beforehand. It’s a deliberate delays strategies.
They never refund and completely break their own FDD agreement they simply don’t care. And when you demand answers or leave honest reviews, they go a step further:
They threaten to sue you if you post negative reviews or speak out, claiming you’re damaging their “reputation.” They use this as a way to intimidate you and force you into hiring attorneys, causing extreme stress and mental pressure. This is pure harassment and psychological torture.
I’m not alone 20+ people (and growing) have the exact same experience. The man behind this is Owner. If you search his name and Klimate Group on Trellis.law, you’ll find multiple lawsuits already filed. Read more on Reddit and avvo. Their Google reviews are fake and manipulated don’t be fooled.
They stall, lie, and use the legal system to scare you into silence while keeping your money. This is not a franchise opportunity — it’s a calculated trap. STAY AWAY from Klimate Group, Panda Pancakes, and anything associated with Owner.
