The support team was so helpful
The support team was so helpful, especially Rachel. I was frustrated due to delayed shipping. I know that it was the courier’s fault, but Rachel went above and beyond to help me and check everything. After a day, I received my piece, and I am so thankful. Kudos to you! But I really hope that they don't use DHL anymore because it is so unreliable.

Expect the unexpected! I didn’t know that I could fall so in love with my painting. I thought the preview email was impressive, but wait until you see it in person. My living room came to life when I hung it.

I must say the artist is not only…
I must say the artist is not only talented but also very patient with the whole process. He is so willing to work with me to achieve my painting goal. A lot of changes to the color and contours and luckily they understand. I couldn’t thank him enough. I will definitely recommend Kline to my family and friends.

Beautiful painting
Beautiful painting, and the frame looks expensive but a bit heavy, and realised that it is pine wood. Anyway, it is good for wall mount. It is a nice gallery!

First of all the website art was…
First of all the website art was beautiful and well displayed, website easy to navigate.
Second, the artist and the support team were INCREDIBLE from start to finish! They constantly updated me during the process, sent pictures and videos, responded to the specific changes I requested on one of the paintings until they were sure I was satisfied.
Third, they held the paintings 2 weeks until I was able to be at my second home for the delivery.
Fourth, my paintings are gorgeous and look perfect in my rooms. Very happy and would absolutely use Kline art again!

My husband and I were undecided about…
My husband and I were undecided about the wall art size. We even used a measuring tape, but we couldn’t figure out the perfect size. We decided to get a recommendation from their support team, and it was the best decision ever! The artist sent us mockups first before we place the order so we can visualize how the painting will look like in my space. Later we decided to give it a go. The proofing process is great, straightforward. It meets our expectations. After 2 weeks it arrives! We are so thrilled that our painting fits perfectly on our wall. We can’t wait to share it with our family and friends. Bravo!

I want an easy upgrade for my living…
I want an easy upgrade for my living room, don't want to go too expensive for whole renovation, so decided to get a painting of the size 75x100". It's expensive, and their team was also worrying about the transportation, from what I had a conversation with them. Later it arrives safely without any issues because it was packed in wooden crate. The only issue is that they reminded us to have some extra hands because DHL might not be able to lift off that big box off the truck. It was a great experience from placing an order to receiving my order.

I have a mixed experience with them
I have a mixed experience with them. The purchase is expensive so I expected something really top-notch. They did a great job, however, I wish they could have paid more attentions to the photography process. It was so hard to verify the real color and the artist explains about the lightning conditions. Yes I understand that but somehow it is just not about the lightning but the details, for example the gradient details you see online was gone missing. Luckily they know about this and recognize this issue so later they adjusted. It could have done better without me explaining too much about the details. An other issue is that it takes too long for them to ship. Their explanation is that drying, framing and packing takes time. I understan that because it's a large piece that I order. I want to say thank you to the artist Dale who's been so patient with me.

The artwork itself is beautiful and well made, but the only challenge was judging the gold color during the process. Gold is a very tricky color to evaluate through photos or digital proofs because the way it reflects light can look quite different in person. When I first saw the preview images, it was a bit hard to tell exactly how the gold tones would look once the painting was finished. Depending on the lighting and angle, the color can appear brighter or more muted. That said, the final piece still turned out very elegant and looks great in my space. I would just say that if you’re ordering a piece with gold elements, it helps to keep in mind that this color can be difficult to judge from photos alone.

Tatsächlich nutzen wir für besonders große, überdimensionale Stücke Holzkisten, um den bestmöglichen Schutz zu gewährleisten. Bei Formaten unter 200 cm verwenden wir in der Regel Kartonverpackungen.

We’re really glad to hear you love the painting! We appreciate your note about the unboxing as well. We use sturdy wooden packaging to make sure the artwork arrives safely, but we understand it can take a bit more effort to open.
In fact it is because it is an extra large oversized piece to make sure it goes right we use wooden crate, normally if it is under 200cm we only use carton.
Your feedback is super helpful, and we’ll definitely keep it in mind as we continue improving the experience.
