Strict No-Refund Policy - Test Carefully Before Paying
I purchased credits to test Kling AI's image generation, but after generating just one image, I realized the platform wasn't suitable for my needs. Despite barely using the service, Kling AI refuses any refund, citing their "virtual goods are non-refundable" policy.
While I understand digital services have terms, a zero-refund policy even for minimal usage feels unreasonable. There's no trial option, no satisfaction guarantee, and no flexibility from customer support.
Warning to others: Use their free credits extensively before considering payment. Once you pay, you're locked in regardless of whether the service meets your expectations. The technology might be decent, but the business practices are rigid and customer-unfriendly.
They are a scam
They are a scam, pure and simple. Though initially they rope you in by giving you free credits, and you can -with those credits, produce maybe two 5 second video clips that are well done. But then you have to buy credits or a subscription that is absolutely highway robbery. It took me a few months to get enough 'free' credits to do a couple more only to find that they claim
"New tasks cannot be submitted temporarily The system is currently very busy, to ensure service quality, non-member users cannot submit new tasks temporarily. You can upgrade to a member to enjoy fast lanes, or choose to submit during off-peak hours"
So for 3 days I tried various times, including after midnite, same message. They are lying.
Don't give them money, they should be investigated for fraud.
I’m very disappointed with cancellation
I’m very disappointed with how unnecessarily difficult Kling has made it to cancel my subscription. I’ve tried to cancel using two different laptops and three different browsers, but the cancellation still won’t go through — the confirm cancellation button is disabled. What's more, it seems you can only cancel via a laptop, which is not clearly communicated to customers. Even after trying on multiple laptops and browsers, the cancellation is still not possible.
This issue is clearly not new — several reviews on Trustpilot mention the same problem — yet customers are not being informed or supported adequately. I had contacted Kling about cancellation issues before, and at no point was I told that there is a specific link and form to use if problems arise. Instead of helping me directly, I was referred to a Google form to cancel manually within 5 working days — a task you could easily have done on my behalf. This suggests that the company is aware of ongoing problems with cancellations but has not proactively resolved them.
With my renewal date approaching, I have requested immediate cancellation to avoid being charged again. The lack of transparency and support is extremely disappointing.
Increasingly worse
Increasingly worse, removing most ways to earn extra credits even with a sub.
Latest model might look nicer in what it generates but it's understanding is quite abysmal.
Glaives turn into either swords or axes for instance.
Enclosed helmets either are open or have very weird designs mostly around the mouth parts.
Want a chick in bikini? Sure no problem.
Want one in a bustier which covers more? BIG PROBLEM.
Want a mage holding a tome wearing a robe? Random chance mode activated, open robes? are those not cloaks.
Want fleet of starships going in the same direction?
HAH random directions!!!
Want a power ranger? Get one from wish wearing a scooter helmet. . .
TL:DR, If you have money and don't care that 95+% are failures and turn out mediocre or worse and the few good ones are acceptable but not great, then this is for you. Video generating is very expensive an fails 99% of the time. Zero respect for customers.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
I used some free credits on Kling and was very impressed with the results; however once I subscribed the quality reduced considerably to laughable levels. Honestly, the results from a simple generation request are utterly dire. When I sent in screenshots they just said they valued my feedback. I've been requesting a refund for a week but because it's a "virtual" product they say they can't refund it. Also, there's no management structure apparently. An absolute SCAM, please do not give them any money. There may well be a loophole that allows them to refuse refunds for now, but I can guarantee at some point in the future we'll be making claims around mis-sold virtual products. I think what they're doing is using top quality freebies to lure us in, and then once we've paid, the quality is reduced in order to keep their profits high. An absolute joke.
i hate being robbed
i hate being robbed. And KlingAI robs my credits every month. Its unfair.
Klingai.com is stealing your credits
Klingai.com is stealing your credits. I had (I thought) accumulated 1500 credits that I paid dearly for. Each 10-second video clip costs 200 credits. When I logged in, the remaining credits from the last 2.5 months had disappeared (expired credits), even though it clearly says: "Credits will expire on 12/18/2026". I have tried to contact them, but they are not answering. Of course, I have canceled my subscription.
You will lose your credits
The tool is fine for what it does — not perfect, but no AI is.
The reason I’m cancelling is simple: I pay monthly, but my credits expire and don’t roll over. That’s theft, plain and simple. And to make matters worse, there’s nothing you can do about it — no way to pause, no way to recover unused credits, not even a customer service you can reach. The only thing left is to warn potential customers, as I’m doing here.
It doesn't scroll down to put in prompt for video
If there was a provision for a zero non-star i would have ticked it. Klingai is the worst, subscribers beware! Its so frustrating, it hardly scrolls down to put in your prompt. Its a rubbish app
Fraud - Ongoing payments for cancelled subscription
Cancelled subscription, Kling still deducted monthly amount...No customer service after I provided proof of incorrect payment. Absolute joke and doubt I'll be seeing that money again anytime soon. Fraud company and will have to cancel card if happens again
Expiring credits is a robbery
Expiring credits is a robbery.
It's ok for what it is and what it can do. Not quite there yet but no AI is.
The reason I will be cancelling my subscription is that I pay monthly, but my credits do not carry over, and expire every month, which is a bloody robbery in my mind. No thank you
Horrible using Kling Ai
Horrible using Kling Ai. I make history video. But they say '' generation failed as the content included sentitive information'' Are you crazy ?? I make history content. I paid for my subcription. Bull shit Kling AI.
suck!
suck!! 10s video just blink the eye, no motion at all!!! not following the prompt!!! just scammed your credits
Misleading generation times after you paid, wait times are 2 mins, 5 min,7 min,15min, then 2 hours
You generate a picture it is 2 minutes, then 5 then 7, then 12, then you click on buttons that are available, but must upgrade. No problem avoid, but now I am at 2 hours wait time per generation and I PAID FOR THIS ALREADY!!! When I paid it was not clearly seen that they start you at 2 minutes, 5 minutes 7 minutes 12 minutes then 2 hours!!. I can't queue generations either... so I try to upgrade finally but then their payment doesn't work with multiple cards tried. I can't use their service without waiting 2 hours per generation and I can't pay even... so it makes sense to just buy my own graphics card or find another service.
There should be a button (required for…
There should be a button (required for AI generation companies like this) that if a generation has a good prompt, but gives ridiculous results that are not remotely good or what the product promises, the credits are restored until the generative AI gets it right. Deviations are okay, but a 3 armed golem when you prompt and give a reference image even of a woman walking down a sidewalk when that is not prompted is just ridiculous and happens far too often. Simply have an arbitration process to refund credits and try again if the deviation from what is prompted is blatantly terrible. Customer should not have to pay for that absolute crap generation.
its just so bad the worst in my opionion

Avoid Kling AI at all costs!
If I could give them less that one star I would. I subscribed for a short while and when I tried to stop my subscription I found there is no easy way to do so. You can only delete your account. I did this and then got charged another months subscription. When I contacted the company to flag this and get a refund it became very obvious very quickly that they are probably AI themselves and cannot have a logical conversation to save their lives. I kept going over the situation over and over and they just kept sending me generic template emails saying they do not offer refunds etc… after literally 2 months I am still getting the same template emails sent to me. To say they are useless is an understatement! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Kling Cheats. No support. Bot ran.
I'll expose this company. It's ran by bots. The owner has no support.
1.My shorts are being removed and to this date no support.
2.Bot ran site. No support.
3.They cheat on credits. They purposely mess up a good render with stupid things to make renders imperfect.
4.They cheat and negative daily credits when it should roll over. So technically/reality you aren't getting what you paid for.
I left. I would never use Kling ever again. Thieves. Bot ran site.
