I need to cancel this subscription as I can no longer afford it or want it.

I need to cancel this subscription as I cannot afford it. I canceled before the trial ended but the subscription fee has been taken out of my bank this has left me short of money that had been allocated to pay another important account. Please refund the monies that have been removed and cancel my subscription. I no longer trust this business.

Ease to use app

Ease to use app. Recipes for 1 serving so I can cook only what I need, not to mention that I was surprised how tasty the food is. I have this app for about 1 1/2 years and I am loving it.

I would rate zero if I could

I would rate zero if I could. They have charged my account two times for something I didn’t even order. I barely remember looking at something online about diets for diabetics, but I didn’t order anything after I saw how much it would cost me. But some way they got my account info and charged me anyway. Now they have charged me $55.82 for a second month. So now they have almost $122.00 of my money, and I have nothing. Do not even open their app or you will get charged for something you didn’t order. A complete scam!

Do not have this app but it has been trying to take money out of my account . Luck have it my bank noticed it and put a stop to it. Be very careful what you look at on Facebook , or Instagram . These ads seem to be able to access your details .

I would give no stars if possible

I would give no stars if possible. They are a scam! I paid for a 1 week trial and that was what I thought was the end of it.. but no… next I have 2 more deductions that I didn’t order. They just draw on your money from Apple Pay! Now they have taken $90 and I can’t find how to cancel it! My bank has said to cancel the card… which I will do immediately! I’ve also cancelled Apple Pay on my phone. Avoid at all cost!

Cancelling when you can’t access Apps

Well I was happy until I found, after I had paid, that I needed to access an app to take part. I cannot access any apps on my system and at first, Inhad trouble finding out how to cancel and get a refund. However, once Ingot onto chat and spoke to someone they quickly sorted out refund etc.

I have an unauthorized charge on my account.

I didn't buy into anything. I checked out what klinio is all about. You know, they ask all these questions and then take you to a page where you need to purchase an app... Well I stopped there. I didn't put in my bank details. And then I was charged. Who gives them the right to take when I hadn't completed the sign up. Nor the purchase🤦‍♀️

Edited...I wish I had have known that Klinio is also MYBODY

STAY AWAY! MAJOR SCAM
I never signed up to use this app. I have no Idea how they have gotten my account details, and withdrawing money from my account without my permission! I did not know what this was until I discussed it with my bank. Nearly £600 has gone out of my bank account! I cant find any information about this app on my phone history or apple receipts. I will be reporting this app.

Billing and cancellation issues: This is a major complaint from many users across Trustpilot and Reddit. Customers report being charged unexpectedly for automatically renewing subscriptions, and they face great difficulty and refusal when trying to get a refund.

Totally agree with this summary I found on the web. There is absolutely no transparency in billing. Currently paying for 3 months of a service I've never and don't intend to use.

customer service was quick to reply

I had did have issues being charged for an extra subscription that I did not originally sign up for, however, after speaking with customer service (who was very prompt to get back to me), the issue was resolved in the end and they refunded me for the charge.

Beware- it auto renews next year.

Didn’t find the app helpful, deleted it, and forgot about it. They billed me a year later for auto renew subscription. I never sign up for auto renew! I always want to be contacted first. I had not used this app for more than a week last year. They refuse to rebate that auto renewal but did cancel so I wouldn’t get billed next year. Beware- don’t use this app.
