I am skincare obsessed and have used other prescription services over the past 5 years. 3 months into using Klira and my skin has honestly never looked better. I had some very mild redness and irritation initially but this lasted about a week. Since then I haven’t had a single spot (which is completely unheard of for me) and my skin looks so glowy and fresh. If you don’t use Klira you are seriously missing a trick.

My Klira special is amazing. As someone with sensitive and reactive skin, it’s been an absolute ball ache over the years to find something whether that be a cleanser, moisturiser or whatever that works for my skin that doesn’t cause me to break out and isn’t too abrasive on my skin.

The advice from the dermatologist team has been spot on for me. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting any success, being a SkinSize™️ 1, and having tried multiple cleansers and moisturisers over the years and to no avail, I wasn’t optimistic that this would work.
However, I haven’t had a yellow headed zit pop up in ages, and summer is the worst for me with my skin. I’ll take that as a small win.

I have been using Klira for just over 1 month. I subscribed for a year which included a free 1 on 1 consultation. Although I thought the consultation was quite good, I am not very happy with the follow up or customer service. The wrong name and information was posted on my account following my consultation and although I reported this and requested it to be changed on July 12th, I have not been contacted by the Derma team nor has it been rectified. I think it is too early to comment on the effectiveness of the product but I did have high hopes. Sad that customer service is letting the product down. Sorry Klira but had hoped for a better experience!

I have quite sensitive skin and always struggled to find face care products that didn't irritate, let alone make me look any better!
When I reached my early 40s I started to get a patch of dry reddish skin under my mouth, and tried various creams and ointments to be rid of it. My skin just looked a bit dull all the time, and old.
After reading about Klira in a newspaper column I thought I'd give it a go for a month. It seemed expensive but hey, if it worked (which I was skeptical of), then it would be worth it.
But, lo and behold I am 4 months in, my skin looks far better than it has since my 20s, and that obstinate patch disappeared 3.5 months ago. I would recommend Klira to anyone who wants their skin to be the best it can be, without all the guessing work. Just be honest in your skin assessment and take photos that really show problematic areas.
Added bonus: their customers service team are really helpful.

I'd been looking at Klira for ages after seeing Dr Emma on TV and I was a bit nervous about trying it as I'd never used this type of product on my skin before, but I am not going back! I am so pleased with my results so far (I'm about 3 months in), my skin was quite irritated and sensitive (I kept getting red rosacea pustules) and my skin barrier wasn't happy and I can honestly say I noticed a difference instantly. My red pustules have completely gone, my hydration is so much better and lots of my friends and family have commented on how much better my skin looks. I feel so much happier and confident in my skin again too, thank you thank you to the amazing Klira team! Their customer service is amazing too and the whole process is so easy.

For 40ish years I have been trying to find the best skincare products for my skin and the list of brands and range of products I have tried are way too long to mention. I felt that my skin always looked dull and never felt fully hydrated.

Following an infection picked up from a salon treatment, my skin was extremely sensitive and I was looking for a product that Dr Emma had advised on her Bad Skin Clinic show when I came across the Klira brand and signed up (admittedly with some scepticism).

Within the first month I started to see improvements and now, six months in, my skin is healthy, glowing and radiant. Many people have commented on how well I look. Yes, I did have a few weeks of mild tingling and peeling but it was worth it and was hardly noticeable to anyone other than myself.

I have compared how much I was spending on day cream, night cream, serums and salon treatments and can't believe how much money I was wasting for no return.

I wholeheartedly endorse Klira and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Klira is special, it is non-greasy and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin.

Will I repurchase? Absolutely. It’s earned a permanent spot in my daily routine.

I have had problems with my skin since teenage and I'm 62 now! So had different problems over the years and given treatments and spent a fortune on remedies . Klira has made a difference. My skin is clearer- than its ever been . It's not dry. Everything is explained about how it works and how to use it.

Very impressed with this product. I have dry sensitive skin with rosacea and as I approach 60 wanted to address some aging changes. The serum made my skin tight and a little sore for a few days but after checking the very thorough advice provided I added moisturiser for the first few weeks. 5 weeks in now and I no longer have soreness or need for additional moisturiser at night. Skin does seem to be looking better too - particularly the rosacea which has never been this settled.

I am late 40s, in early menopause and fighting with my body on many levels, skin being one. I have been battling rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis and hormonal acne for 18months, triggered by perimenopause/menopause. I wish I had found Klira earlier, as I wouldn't have had to struggle for so long. The specific cream they mixed for me cleared my skin in the first 4 weeks. No more angry red lumps, no more dermatitis white spots every morning, just clear smooth skin. They also recommend a cleanser, face cream and sun cream which suits your type of skin and also work with their cream. I am a very satisfied customer! If you are struggling with skin conditions, don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

The answer to all your skin problems is with Klira. I have never had such healthy, glowing skin as I suffer from all kinds of problems. Even with a flare up you can contact a dermatologist for guidance who will advise changes needed. Highly recommend.

I’m in my late sixties and in the past had never found any skincare that could reduce or calm my rosacea, and believe me I’ve tried them all. I’ve been on Klira now for 9 months and you wouldn’t know I had rosacea at all. No redness, no spots, no horribly embarrassing red face.
I can’t comment on other skin conditions, but would definitely recommend trying Klira if you have rosacea. I’ve actually had comments on how good my skin is for my age. It’s an investment as far as I’m concerned, and rather than consider the monthly cost as a minus point I would say that just using Klira and the products they recommend saves you spending a fortune on stuff that promises the earth and probably won’t work and may make your skin even worse.

I have difficult sensitive skin, suffering with eczema, also allergies which makes my skin super sensitive to most off the shelf products.
The Klira team explained I might have a reaction in the early days, peeling and stinging when first applied, but to persevere!!
I contacted the Klira team asking for guidance, and to my surprise Dr Craythorne returned my call with invaluable help as to what cleansers and moisturisers would help! Explaining it’s the whole routine which makes the difference.
She kindly altered my prescription starting with a lower level and over the months gradually increased.

You get what you pay for !! For me worth every penny

Service was quick at first- till they got my money. I started the treatment and had significant side effects: scaling, itchiness, redness...I asked for help on 14/05. It is 20/05 as I write- haven't heard from them yet. Meanwhile, with my face looking worse than ever I have to carry on meeting work-related people. Excruciating.

Klira has completely transformed my skin. After years of trying countless products, treatments, other prescriptive services, and expensive facials to reduce breakouts, this is the first thing that has genuinely worked for me. My skincare routine is now so simple, and for the first time ever, my skin is consistently clear and calm.

When I first started Klira, I experienced a purge phase that I wasn’t expecting. I contacted their support team, and they were so reassuring, explaining it was normal and encouraging me to persevere – they were absolutely right. As someone who’s always had problematic skin forever and tried everything – from creams and lasers to regular facials – I can now go out without makeup for the first time ever. My pores are less visible, my complexion more even, and even when I’ve taken short breaks from using it (like on holiday), my skin has stayed clear.

I wish Klira had been around when I was younger – it would have saved me so much time, money, and frustration. If you’ve struggled with your skin and feel like nothing works, I can’t recommend Klira enough.

Excellent service, quick response and fast delivery. Quality of the product including the container is excellent and provided in a sustainable way. Guidance is brilliant, from the notes from the prescribing nurse to the videos recorded by Dr Emma. And that’s coming from someone who currently has no skincare routine at all so needed lots of help in getting started. Really impressed!
