No customer service
Really disappointing interaction with KLM Houses which as a direct result will not be using them again. I ordered 11 and only got 10, one was chipped and a number missing the Gin although they still had the yellow retainer. Very slow with no responses or replacement sorted…did not expect this from KLM particularly as I am a Gold flyer with them.

I am sorry to hear you are so disappointed in our service.
I believe directly after receiving your e-mail of the missing house and the chipped one we replied that we will send a replacement for number 71 and house of Bols, and so we did two days later.
You yourself added more time because you asked us to ship them differently to avoid any duties and taxes (which will not be applicable on shipments under 150,-)
I also replied to you via e-mail but did not get any response.

With original KLM houses, this can occasionally happen (1%) over time due to evaporation/leakage through the porcelain.

Great but beware of import charges
The houses are just what I wanted and arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped. However, at no point during the buying process do I see any mention of needing to pay import charges and now I have an extra £48 to pay which I hadn’t factored in - this needs to be made a lot clearer before customers complete their transactions.
