The boots were far too small. I could not get them on so I returned them.
They sent me a refund of £1. When I questioned this they claimed that the boots had been worn and were in a poor condition… absolutely not true. So why refund me £1? Possibly because they hoped I wouldn’t notice the discrepancy of £103.34 in the refund.
