By far its the worst experience I’ve had shopping online, customer support is slow, English is not there native language making it impossible to get across the issue. I placed an order 7/31 delivery was supposed to be 8/10 started emailing them 8/14 and as of 8/23 no solution yet.

This is what I emailed them after several emails

This is not acceptable I demand an immediate refund the initial delivery date was 8/10 today is 8/17 and not delivered yet. The package has been in Lewisville 15 minutes away from delivery since 8/5. It traveled from Miami FL to Lewisville TX in 2 days but it can’t travel 15 minutes in 12 days. If money is not refunded immediately I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the transaction

Since the shipping address provided is incorrect, we recommend contacting someone at that address who may be able to receive the package on your behalf. You can then arrange to have the package forwarded or delivered to your correct address.

Not at any monument I said the address is incorrect nor was the address incorrect but that’s what they understood from my email

My product was damaged during shipping. It was damaged by the carrier. I contacted customer service. Without question, they sent me a new cologne. I received it within a reasonable time. My wife loves the fragrance and so do I.

The scents are not very strong and the don't last as long as you claim.

I received my pkgs quickly but was an unfortunate mishaps of one my bottles in my order was used.
I will say that correction was expeditiously made and I was accommodated with zero hassle.

Refreshed and smells nice

These took a while to get here however they are good. I do fine the Atlantic Rouge to be very light on scent wise but the Royal Aventus and Aqua Bloom are great.

Recommended.

Love the brand. This time the bottles aren’t as fragrant as past orders.

I made a mistake. Great customer service! Everything was fixed and then some. I have nothing but good things to say. Some of these smaller online companies can be kind of iffy. Not this one.

I was skeptical at first but I have been getting compliments everytime I wear it.

Order was not able to be tracked accurately. Scent was completely different after a few days. Almost as if the fragrance was only in the spray tube. Scent only lasts a few hours. Communication to resolve issue was frustrating as they kept asking for more money to sell me more as the 2 for 1 deal was not honoured. Apparently, as the product was purchased at discount rate they will only offer 30%refund. So if I'd paid full price, I'd get full refund. Sounds scammy to me. Terrible experience.

I’ve been very pleased with the quality of Klone products and my overall experience with the company. I am pleased with the scents and they appear to be well made and carefully prepared.

Unfortunately, the shipping box was damaged during delivery, and two of the vials arrived damaged as well. However, Klone’s customer service team responded very quickly when I contacted them and provided a satisfactory resolution. Their prompt and professional handling of the issue really impressed me.

Things can sometimes go wrong during shipping, but how a company responds makes all the difference. Based on both the quality of the products and the excellent customer service I received, I would definitely recommend Klone.

Don’t waist your time or money the company gets by with false advertisement and losing to customers about refunds. First claims they will refund 100% and then turns around and says 3.99 processing fee for returns and customers are responsible for fees of sending back and when you call them out on what they said, they turned around and edit. The original response. The product Does not last very long and can’t smell them very well. I bought 4 and waisted my money

Delivery was fast and order was accurate. Product smells great, but doesn’t seem to last as long as described.

The product was as good as advertised, and it was delivered a few days before it was suppose to which was awesome. I already started to encourage people to the website. I'll definitely will be purchasing more, thanks guys for being as good or better than advertised, that's rare to find these days!

Good fragance

Initially drawn to this fragrance by an aggressive marketing campaign highlighting a 12-hour lifespan, I remained somewhat skeptical given my past experience with similar long-wear claims consistently falling short. Upon application, the initial projection is exceptionally strong, but it quickly begins to diminish in a predictable, steady decline. While I am uncertain if it truly hits the 12-hour mark, I am open to exploring other offerings from the brand in search of a refined scent profile that delivers genuine, uncompromised longevity.

I held off for a little bit on ordering but after I did the order came within a week which was reasonable and they smell great thank you
