Booked 4 tickets to see Anetra, i spotted from socials that this was cancelled before the gig and contacted Klub kids, they said they would be in contact regarding a refund, but they are now ignoring my emails. From looking on Reddit, this isn't something new, and actually a really badly run business. I will keep pestering and hopefully they will do the moral thing of actually giving people their money back for shows that are cancelled and start responding to emails.

Paid £150 for the “vip” experience for drag fest London to be left waiting for two hours in a hot stairwell for a meet and greet missing the acts on the stage. So many acts were announced but pulled out. Half the staff didn’t know if certain acts were attending. Just a complete shambles. There were no perks of upgrading the tickets.

Professional scam artists. Do well to steer clear.

They add queens to line ups who have no idea they’re meant to be on tour, that’s because they haven’t actually booked them. They just use the names to sell more tickets then eventually say they’ve pulled out, or say nothing at all in hopes you don’t notice.

Scams through and through.

Still not received a refund after 7 months, owed nearly £800. We booked to go to Drag Fest Ibiza but the event was postponed due to covid. We were offered a full refund if we couldn't make the date. Despite this being offered, we still haven't received our money back. It's been months and months of emails which are almost always ignored. They seem to change customer service staff on a weekly basis. No contact number online, many others have similar experiences on twitter. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.
