I’m not even sure this is the right place for this review. The product is Klyra flora balance which is supposed to be a supplement for women. You cannot get in touch with this company. They ignore your emails and the product doesn’t do what it says on the container. I have tried to to cancel the product delivery, but it still keeps coming. It’s just leaving with me with no option but just to cancel my credit card. I wasn’t even aware I had set up a subscription for this product. Buyer beware !

I ordered 4 bags from this website. They received my payment and I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS> TOTAL SCAM!!

I ordered 2 bike locks a month ago and have not received them. The tracking is saying crickets since Feb 25th when it entered the USA. Thinking this is a total scam.

This is a SCAM and should not be allowed to advertise on facebook for any product what so ever. No tracking information provided and as for getting a refund - Its goodbye to your money. I would not recommend KLYRA to anyone.

Ordered Klyra Canvas Tote Bag Pink for $14.99, with a $5.01 shipping fee. Total purchase was $20; On 2/25/2026… on March 6, 2026 an additional $39.99 was charged to my card.. I called to request explanation, no one answered of course, stayed on the line waiting for over 50 minutes before I finally hung up. Sent an email to the email address provided, on 3/10/2026, I have yet to receive a response from this company. Nor have I received my order!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible service!!

I ordered a bag on 1/30/2026. As of today, March 19, 2026 I have not received my purchase or a tracking number. What I did receive was two fraudulent charges to my debit card which made me have to get a new debit card from my bank. So, I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

Id give 0 stars. I ordered a month ago, no one answers the support emails I send or answers the phone, to check on status of my order & they keep trying to charge my account $29.99 amd I dont know why. I am contacting the BBB

I could rate this company a zero star I would. Absolute scam. I never received my product. Was told it cost one price originally and was charged more. Now they keep trying to take $39.99 monthly. I triple searched their website. Nowhere does it say monthly subscription. And on top of that I never received my bag I ordered. They will not respond to my emails. Original tracking was was fake. BEWARE…STAY AWAY FROM KLYRA.COM OR TRYKLYRA.COM. SCAMMERS!,,,

This company is a scam. Does not respond from real people. AI replies. No product delivered. No refund. Don't listen to customers. Needs to be shut down.

This company is a fraud and scam. I never received my bag that was ordered. I had to close my account to prevent them from taking more money from me.

Avoid. The lock broke after broke after six weeks. They said bad luck, would only replace if it breaks in first 30 days. A $100 lock for six weeks. What a joke. This company is a scam

I ordered 3 Kylra bags and its been over a week and nothing! No one answers the phone, it plays music for 3 hot seconds then a dead line. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.....SCAM!!

These people stole my money. I ordered a tote 2/4/2025, and HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!!!! I have emailed them, and went to their website and requested them to contact me, regarding my purchase! I WANT MY BAG!!!!!! WTF IS IT!!!!

This is a scam… Several fraudulent transactions charged to my credit card.
Made an online purchase back in December 2025 and never received the merchandise nor a refund. I didn’t realize they continued to charge my card each month until I contacted the credit card company. Total Scam

I ordered 2 bags back on Jan 13, 2026 as of now 3/5/2026 still no response, I emailed them many times, and sent me a discount certificate for a free bag, this is crazy plus they charged my card 3 times, I already dealt with my cc company.they are thieves..

They are thieves. Not only do you not receive the product, but there's a hidden subscription that charges your credit card every two weeks, as if you needed a bag every two weeks. Don't trust them; they are scammers

Complete scam stay away !! Bought 2 bags and supposedly I would get a free item. Emailed few weeks after to ask tracking but that wasn’t available but they confirmed my order. They then removed £30.74 of my account. The removed this payment monthly. I started a dispute with my bank as soon as I found out. The company never delivered the bags I asked for refund they never refunded anything. That’s 4 payments gone. Today they removed money again but changed their name to trysorella. I need to wait a few days and start fraud case with the bank

I ordered my bag over 35 days ago. No tracking # provided no updates. I tried to reach out to customer service by the contact us link on their page and it came back undeliverable. I then replied to an email they sent me and it went through but no reply. Waited 2 weeks and sent another email via the information Google found for the company still no reply but I get at least an email a day of advertisements. I will be reporting this company as fraud to my credit card company.
