Experience beyond terrible, I had so many issues with the apartment I was renting and I wasn't even able to get in touch with someone. I visited their office 4 times, wrote multiple emails, asked a realtor to find me someone I can talk to and never got a reply.

the only way I managed to talk to them is when I hired a lawyer and we sent a formal complaint. Is this how you make business? When the only way to talk to you is to bring you to the court? Shame

PS. I am not going to write a reply even if I get one, I spent too much time on these "businessmen"

NEVER rent from this company. They have a team of "property managers" who almost never respond.

We moved into the "newly renovated" building and nothing worked. They put an indoor elevator in an outside courtyard so when it rained the elevator would stop working. The entire time of living there (1 year) there was some form of building works being done which continually interrupted us. We only got any peace and quiet from them when the whole of Barcelona was in Coronavirus lockdown.

They taken a large amount of money from the deposit despite having to replace our boiler (but still leaving the wall open to the outside of the apartment), the apartment above us had their plumbing leak into our ceiling (this was never painted over or dealt with), we had storage units that were incorrectly ventilated so they caused all of our belongings to grow mould and not be usable any longer.

DO NOT RENT USING THIS COMPANY
