I have used Kevin on multiple occasions over a period of 9 years.
Every time, the situation turned out to be complicated and stressful. However, on every occasion I found him to be completely professional, calm (even when I wasn’t !) and efficient and I always had the feeling he was ‘on my side’, which made things easier.
