Shipping took WAY too long.
I bought from this company, instead of AliExpress because I needed it sooner than later. And AliExpress is sometimes slow.
Truth is, I could've bought directly from AliExpress, paid less, and got it in about the same time frame.

After waiting several weeks I only received one part out of three. I have emailed Kyle my receipt showing him I had order all 3. When I got his response back, all it said was "we didn't miss the delivery" - well Kyle, you MISSED sending me all 3 products. Lets see how he cleans this up after I emailed him a copy of my receipt??

This is a Chinese manufacturer and distributor. The Grade 5 titanium unit purchased blew up after a little over 100 cycles. Literally the biggest waste of money I’ve ever experienced. On top of that they originally sent me the wrong product and I received a product worth 3-4 times less then what was ordered and was incompatible with anything I needed it to be. You’re better off not buying one of these at all.

Excellent experience. Communication is difficult but not a deal breaker.

I am satisfied with the quality of the products I have purchased. I had some trouble initially choosing the correct adapters/threads to fit some of the piston kits for particular solvent traps, but the time it took to order and receive was quite impressive. All of the orders I placed got processed quickly, and it only took a few days after processing to receive the products.

Your jig is not perfectly center. Wont buy again

Very good customer service. I ordered something that I thought was something else and the owner emailed me to clarify before filling and shipping the order. Once the clarification was made I ordered the correct components and he refunded my previous order that was incorrect. These guys know their product which is phenomenal quality and they know their customers. Great job fella’s!

Nice machining, pleased with the quality. I do wish I would have went with the cnc storage cups.

Absolute lack of communication. First shipment was missing two items I actually had to reach out to find out where they were at. The first item missing was sent to me but again lack of communication of the second item not being included in the second mailing. I had to reach out again about the missing item and after four days of no response I was finally told the item are on back order. I was the one who had to be proactive to find out where the missing items were to the point where I believe those missing items would’ve never been shipped to me ever if I did not follow up.

As described, quick and discrete shipping, overall great price. 10/10 would use again.

BE AWARE THAT KMwhisper IS A SCAM!!!

KMwhisper claims to be American made but is far from it and goes pretty far to try and cover up there Chinese origin. I purchased one of there solvent traps and was emailed a confirmation receipt with there vendor name listed on it. So I googled it and Heaven behold it brought me to Alibaba.com where in china they have all the same solvent traps down to the same photos and descriptions of all of KMwhisper stock. Only difference is it’s 120% +/- cheaper. I did a search online and found that KMwhisper is actually located at -

China

They ship from China to a warehouse in Oregon USA that then resends them out to buyers but has no tie to KMwhisper other than that. So let’s recap, KMwhisper stock is from China, KMwhisper is located in China, KMwhisper uses a USA warehouse service to ship out to USA consumers. KMwhisper is 100% Chinese and there’s no doubt about it.

I reached out to the company within 2 hours of my purchase and was given non stop very strange and hateful emails for days. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank before he finally issued a refund under the name -

Idk about most people but that name website name mentioned above that issued my refund sounds unbelievably messed up and sickening and a lot like child pornography. I personally have no tolerance for that no matter what! I’m a proud American, Dad, Husband, and prior service USMC. This company literally disgust every bit of me and others that I’ve shared my overall experience with.
