Have been waiting 16days for order can only make inquiry via email have had one reply in Spanish. They seem to have no order in my name or payment. I paid with Apple Pay. Have emailed several times but no response, Should re-name NaffPerfumeria.

I ordered bond no. 9 2-3 weeks ago. I still have yet to recieve it, and i have also tried contacting support via mail withouth any luck.

Despite emailing them hourly now there’s no response to the email when they asked me how we can resolve. They have taken my £90 in a cost of living crisis and at Christmas. They obviously only care about their profits!!
This company have sent me the wrong item. I paid £90 for Dior addict eau frais and they have sent me Dior addict.My Invoice states that I’m receiving eau frais and image on my email confirmation order shows a pink image Dior addict is yellow and the fragrance is not like eau frais in any way. I got a quick initial response saying send it back. Unfortunately I opened the package and sprayed the scent to find out if was the wrong fragrance or that the bottle had changed. I have bought eau frais before but it’s hard to find. Some other sites had eau frais on offer like Boots but it isn’t on offer there now. When I’ve added these comments/ extra facts to my complaint they have ironically failed to respond. I’ve suggested to them that it could be a case of false advertising.
Still no sign of any genuine correspondence at 7.30pm tonight. All they’ve suggested is send it back. They took my money quickly enough and it wasn’t even for the item they sent me. Paying £90 for a perfume you didn’t want is not a great advertisement for this company or for people to trust them in a cost of living crisis!

DO NOT BUY from this company. I paid them £123 for a product for which I have never received. I emailed them, I’ve left messages on their voicemail, but I get no replies. My credit card company are now looking into refunding my £123. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Great perfume, order came in with a pack of sweety attached😁. No problems with ordering and delivering, I would recommend anytime xx

Easy to order and great price.. Updates given re delivery and order arrived much earlier than anticipated.
Arrived well packaged/protected and well presented-the little thank you card a lovely touch, as was black tissue wrapping. Perfume smells divine : )

Placed order a week ago still no product. Emailed and called them nothing back.

SCAM - Beware!

Genuinely an excellent service. The PDM Percival I brought was £50 cheaper than everywhere else in the UK. Unfortunately there has been an issue with Royal Mail; not Knass’ fault, however they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue… thank you.
I Would highly recommend.
At their prices compared to competitors, I will purchase from them in the future; but will be using special delivery.

I do not recommend Royal Mail.

I have not received my order even though this has been signed for via post office. This is a definite scam as the parcel never reached its intended destination. I would like a resolution to this before I contact the authorities.

Ordered bond no 9 signature for a great price, shortly after had my order cancelled. This was clearly due to the price being incorrectly listed. Should have honoured it rather than say it was cancelled "due to unforseen circumstances"

Update: the listed priced was £59.99 the newly listed price is £319.99

Decent price, on-time delivery. Can't complain!
(still freaking expensive, but I don't think it is their fault)
