Terrible customer service. Stay away.

Terrible. Don’t buy from them. I ordered a gift for my friends 30th. I gave the right address and info. KNC sent it to someone in a completely different state. They replied to me on Instagram acknowledging the issue and saying they would escalate. They then stopped replying to me. It’s been months and they’ve done nothing. I did a change back and got the money back through my credit card I told KNC that I had done it because they are not replying to me, KNC are disputing it and still to this day ignoring me. It’s some of the worse customer service ever. Stay away from them.
