Pillow arrived within stated time. Product is just as I had hoped. Firm but soft. Touches your whole body and supports you wherever you want. Wish I'd got one years ago. Not sure if they do a pillow protector, but that, I would like.

First one i received the mug was cracked but they replaced it quickly & a new one was received & i love it, really pleased

They had exactly what I needed to make my Valentine's gift this year perfect. Prompt and reasonably priced postage from the UK all the way to Australia. Good communications in answering my questions. I couldn't be happier 😊

Overall my experience was great. I ordered an item, but when delivered it seemed to be damaged in the mail. So I asked them how we could fix this and they gave me the option to choose another item or a refund!

Terrible customer service and product quality. Have tried to contact customer service to return the maternity pillow that I bought (which is terrible quality) and have had no response. Do not buy from this site.

I would give 0 Star if there was an option.Customer service is horrible.There is no other way of contacting them other than emailing the sales team, who don't really care about customer experience.
I purchased a toy car as a birthday gift for my nephew which didn't receive. When I emailed them about it 4 days after estimated delivery date they had mentioned, they sent me the Royal mail tracking reference. And Royal mail never received the package.
In the end they replied saying."royal mail must have lost it. I will issue a refund". No apology, No empathy, slow on communication, what kind of company it is who can only be contacted by email,no phone? I felt like I was treated as if it was my fault i bought the Item from them. Disappointment they I didn't have enough time to buy it from anywhere else
I'm still waiting for the refund to come through, hope it does( been only 2 days since they promised the refund)
And the funny thing is they have no time to respond my query on time but have plenty of time to send me email to review the product I never received,

Ordered a donut cushion from them but it wasn’t suitable so I tried to return it. However, they will not answer my emails, so I am left with a cushion I can’t use. So disappointed!

The socks are very comfortable. In truth, however, they were purchased solely for the design (Buddha & Lotus flower); the comfort aspect is a bonus. Highly recommended!

Good quality and my grandson is only10 days old so not try on himyet but one happy granddad.thank you very much.

I love this pillow. After my operation only way to sleep this pillow. I removed this pillow.
