This company is a scam. I ordered a set of 6 Damascus kitchen knives. One month and still nothing. I payed for premium shipping as well. Shipping information says “shipping label has been created” still. I went back to my bank statement and searched up the information given in the statement. It takes you to a digital development site, nothing related even close to knives. Hopefully this helps people in the future. Do not buy from this company, you will not get your product they will take your money and run. If you do and experience a problem, file a dispute with your bank. And then Fill out a fraud tip on the FBI website (USA) to get this company shut down

The order was received after 2 weeks, and the customer service were quick to reply when I inquired about it. The Track-and-Trace code I received was an international one, and needed a special website to be reviewed.
The only backside is that their website is quite misleading. I thought I was buying a German-made knife from Germany, but it is a Chinese-made knife from China with German steel. Quality only time will show, but it certainly has that Chinese-made look, which seems to show a lot of good appearance but might not deliver on quality in the long run.
I ordered 3 products and got all the usual emailed receipts, invoices, etc. I got no joy on shipping for a while so contacted customer service, and spoke to a lady called Jenna, she informed me that they had one warehouse that shipped foreign orders but the items had to be shipped to that location from other warehouses. Then I had to email again, and again, luckily as it turns out, got Jenna again, she could not apologise for them enough and promised to sort it out, she replied again the next day advising me that the hold up was that they were out of stock of the Elk Ridge knife I wanted in Green, they did, however, have stock of the black version and would I find that an acceptable replacement? I agreed I would and so she placed the order. Once again I had to email to ask if there was any joy in my order being ready, this time I emailed directly to Jenna. Again she could not apologise for them enough and confirmed my order number and address yet again and I set my, now, secret weapon free. Within the week, and with Jenna advising me via email the order was assembled and ready to ship. The order was with me on the sixth (6th) day after I was advised by the courier that it was on the way, I was then kept advised at every stage in the journey right to my door. So why only four (4) stars, simply because I had to email multiple times and because Jenna had to work so hard on my behalf to fulfil a simple order. Would I use Knife Depot again? Yes, I would. would I recommend them? Yes, if they have an item you cannot get elsewhere. Would they have got 4 stars without Jenna from customer service's efforts? Not a snowball's chance in the pit of Hades, but Jenna is their saving grace, because of her I would use them again knowing I had a source I could reach to get more than just lip service.
Do not do business with this company. I have waited for months and no product. Called Customer Service and Left emails, no contact. Do not spend your hard earned money with this company. Worst I have ever seen.
Never recived the item ordered but got a request for a copy of my passport or drivers licence very odd.Not going to send on that detail to anyone
I ordered a knife and a lanyard in mid January 2021 and over a month later I still don't have the items. In fact they haven't even shipped. I've called them four times and left four messages and I've never been able to talk to a real person and they never responded. They never responded to an email either. Very poor customer service. I got an automated email response that claims they care about customer service but when I investigated the sending IP address of it it comes from a location in Indiana but their business is supposedly located in Florida. I will never use them again and do not order from them.
I ordered four of the Schrade Old Timer 1600T Mountain Lion fixed blade knives, as Christmas gifts. I only needed three, but added the fourth, to get a good deal on the engraving I wanted. I was disappointed when I got my emailed receipt, to see that somehow the engraving had been removed from my order, but I chose to let it go, since I wasn't charged for it, so I would receive the knives in time for Christmas. I was even more upset when my package arrived, and I only receive three of the four knives I had ordered, and paid for. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed Knife Depot, with no resolution or reimbursement for the fourth knife, I still have NOT received! Save yourself the headache and money, and do not order from Knife Depot, who does not value their customers, their time, or their money.
If there was a zero star option I’d chose it, listen to these reviews and DO NOT order. Try knife center instead. I’m not in any way shape or form sponsored by them but I’ve ordered for them and can vouch. Had to dispute the charge with my bank snd get a new card because of knife depot.
Order never received. I paid if full, almost $200, for a spyderco piece. No knife sent. No reply from customer service on website or email. "We don't run on Chatra"! Funny how the website displays popup notifications of purchases for knives you look at or, sadly, for knives you paid for. Scam site. Messages run by bots.
Do NOT order from here. There is no customer service. You have to leave a message that no one returns, same with emails. Ordered a custom engraved knife and paid $17 in overnight shipping and still have not received any communication.
Horrible customer service, only takes phone calls for 4 hours a day? Will start the long process of getting a refund. Ordered item a week ago, said “in stock” still hasn’t shipped.
Do not order from this company! I never received my engraved knife as a wedding present for my fiancé. The knife I chose was not available, but it said it was in stock on the website. They took forever to reach out to me, and then never responded to my calls or emails until the wedding was over, three weeks later. Poor customer service, products that are unavailable, and now I’m waiting for my refund. Let’s see if I get it...
