Hi I’m not happy with this knife because I think looks cheap and it’s very light, different from what is written in the product page.
I wound up chipping the tip of the knife on my first use of the knife while I was chopping leeks. I chalked it up to poor technique and not the blade itself. Once I adjusted my technique (using push cuts instead of chopping and draw cuts with the tip) the blade performed exactly how I anticipated. It glides through onions and garlic and pretty much any other vegetable. It is pretty sharp out of the box as well. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others.
