2. Toller Kundenservice:
Ich habe bei der Bestellung leider einen Fehler gemacht und ein Artikel musste getauscht werden. Die Antwort auf meine Nachfrage per Mail zum Prozess kam innerhalb von fünf Minuten mit einen netten Text, Verständnis und dem Angebot den Austausch kostenfrei vorzunehmen. Hervorragend!
