Try and find a telephone number to raise hell with, not a cat in hells chance. DO NOT USE THEM, EVEN DICK TURPIN WORE A MASK

Ordered yarn from this company that was stated to be great for knitting, crochet,weaving,tapestry
When it arrived it was thead not yarn
After contacting the seller they stated the description was not misleading
Anyone that knits or crochets knows yarn is yarn and thread is thread
The description needs to be separated out
So at this point the seller expected me to pay the shipping to India to get my refund of 13.99 and not refunding my shipping cost
This would mean I am out 14.22 plus the shipping back to india
Which I am still out of 14.22 with no use for this product
I told them I would not do that and they gave me my refund and told me to keep the product
Sound like they knew the had a problem and I would not pay to ship this back
Not ok when this product was not what I ordered
