The SPAM keeps coming....

I have tried for months on end to get this outfit to stop sending spam mail. Despite using the unsubscribe option multiple times, my requests are ignored. It seems that their mailing list never has addresses removed.

I don't knit, I don't stich and I didn't sign up for newsletters, sales piches or anything spam related. Really shoddy way to manage newslists.

I have even sent mails to their sales@ and info@ addresses but these didn't even merit a reply.

London Olympia. Knitting show in March 2018

The show took place in London at the height of the snowstorm labelled The Beast from the East.
Did they cancel the show? No.
Did they offer refunds on tickets for all those people who couldn't attend? (Bearing in mind the official advice that weekend was not to travel) No, they didn't.
Did they even bother to reply to my attempts to speak to anyone? No, of course they didn't.
Why not? Well probably because I have no means to warn anyone else never to pre-order tickets from these rogues.
Really?
