Great price and service the hat I bought is really nice quality

Do not buy from this company if you may have to return an item. They simply ignore you. The only way to communicate is via email. I have sent many they’ve ALL been informed. Have also tried the web form also ignored. We not talking days here we talking weeks!!! Nothing, it’s like screaming into the void. I urge everyone reading this to avoid at all costs.

Have changed my star rating now - This issue has now been dealt with - I managed to finally get hold of someone on Facebook messenger and they got the office to check the emails. They replied the next day and refunded my money for the damaged hat so as much as it was annoying it was damaged at least I finally got it sorted.

My hat arrived damaged. I’ve reached out various different ways to try and speak to somebody about getting it exchanged but no response. You can’t just send it back as your returns have to be “accepted” so I can’t just send it back. Just want to exchange it. I’m happy to change this to a positive review if I hear back from anyone but currently have a damaged hat and no way to return it.

The hat was purchased as a gift and is stunning! We were in Edinburgh last spring and stopped at your store and fell in love with the quality. The fur pom pom is so soft and sits just right, atop your head. The shipment to the US was fast and well packaged.

Finally my order arrived after being ordered 13th November. I constantly tried to contact Knitwear Queen but no response. However, all became clear when my order arrived today. The order came from Dunedin Cashmere! Talk about confusion. This does not negate the poor communication.

When I was in Edinburgh, I purchased serveral items from Knitwear Queen. The gloves and hats are wonderfully soft cashmere. When I returned to the US wanted to get additional items and ordered online. Knitwear Queen was very speedy filling my order. I will definitely order from them again.

Just received my latest purchase what an absolute let down. Cheap, flimsy small hat. Basis plastic packaging. No bag as per previous purchase. No where near the same quality. Disappointed beyond belief as a this was purchased as a gift. I’m too embarrassed to give it. Company has gone down hill !!

Absolutely wonderful hat and snood! Ordered once in December and now ordered more as presents for my friends and kids. Love it! Communication from customer service is great, Abs is fantastic and helped with all my queries.

Very good quality with my purchase, beautiful item, and very good service on delivery, prompt.

I ordered two faux fur bobbles. I received an email informing me that the colours I'd chosen were very similar, even though they looked different on the website. I explained the colour I wanted in the lighter option and requested they sent the lightest option.They arrived very quickly and I'm very happy with them. I might have missed seeing a description of them as I'd really only looked at size and colour, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are fixed onto garments by large clear press studs. A quick, efficient, customer focused experience. All this over the Christmas period and during a time of strikes, so well done! My improvement feedback would be either to have images on the website enhanced to show colours more accurately or to have a written description of the colour as well, so customers are aware.

Ordered two different woolly hats. The quality didn’t reach not even a third of the price. Very thin, too tight around my head and not a good shape. Considering how expensive these items are, Knitwear Queen didn’t include a return label and on my expenses I returned them back. Also they even charged me at the end for their postage!! This is not the way you treat your “exclusive “customers. Very disappointed with all their service. No further shopping with this company.
