I bought a Morakniv knife on the 23rd…
I bought a Morakniv knife on the 23rd of November 2021 which arrived on the 30th of November 2021with 2 visible marks (defects on the blade).
I immediately contacted the support line on the same day, and they autorize
the replacement. I return the product on the same day 30th November 2021 via DHL ticket.
Until today I have not received the replacement product, not even a tracking number from DHL was provided.
I'm still waiting for the expected delivery date.
It is very bad since it was a Christmas gift.
Overall negative experience, and I still don't have the problem resolved.
