the bras have very inaccurate sizing

the bras have very inaccurate sizing. I now have an entirely useless item that is two sizes too big as I didn't realize if the item is on sale it's non refundable. I will be going elsewhere to buy my underwear and bras. They used to have a great product and great customer service but i guess that was just when they were starting out and now that they are established they just don't care about customers returning to make future purchases.

I've been buying from this company for…

I've been buying from this company for more than ten years and recommended them to many of my friends. Back then, I could call and talk to a human, but AI rules today and it is a bit snarly. The quality of their product has diminished drastically and I can no longer trust their sizing. Specific example. I bought two bras -- same size, same model -- based on the somewhat confusing new size chart. The beige one was fine. A month or so later. I needed a black bra. Same model, same size as one that fit as expected. There was no way the black one would close. I just measured. Black one was a full 4 inches shorter in the band! Too late to return. I've had similar challenges lately with the undies sizing. Recently bought three pairs same size and cut and one fit right, one was dramatically too large, one terribly tight. I Also, my 10 year old undies are still in good condition, but the four year old leak proof undies are falling apart. I'm looking for a new favorite source.

Horrible product

Horrible product. Tried to return for my money back. No response. Its terrible like a diaper and I order the light coverage. Fabric is uncomfotable. No one amsweres the phone for customer service. The messages says check the web site. Also I got these horrible people posing as knix to answer questions and charged mee 35 dollars. So a simple pair of panties end up costing me 95$. Do youself a favor and use Amazon.

Knix offers a great product

Knix offers a great product. I’ve never had a problem with the product. When I had to replace an item because I ordered the wrong size, their customer service team were responsive and replaced my items quickly. The only thing I would say is, they had a longer legged boy short previously that I really loved, but they don’t seem to carry it anymore. Wish they would bring that back, but the regular boy shorts are great. I’ve tried three or four of their styles and like them all equally. Highly recommend. Sizing is consistent with expectations.

Items are FINAL SALE

The fabric is very thick and not comfortable. Might as well be wearing a pad. The worst part is that they are FINAL SALE which is not prominently described on their website. If you buy one to try and you don't like it, your only option is to exchange but for another item you probably won't like if you didn't like their quality.

Great Product! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great Product! Absolutely the worst Order Placement website. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I strongly suggest that you order your Knix products from a third party...like Amazon. The Reason? If something does go amiss while placing your order you will have NO OPORTUNITY to correct it!!
After I had meticulously entered the shipping address to my temporary address, the system based on some info no doubt, automatically changed it to the the address of previous orders. This was not evident, however, until the order had been submitted. When I immediately requested to cancel the order I was informed that cancelling was not possible. Now when returning the mis-shipped order I am informed that I cannot get my money back....I am limited to a Store Credit. THAT SUCKS!

HORRIBLE Customer Service

A pretty good product - until something goes wrong and you have to deal with Customer Service. HORRIBLE!!! Will not recommend this product to anyone due to the Customer Service issues. Inevitably, something will go wrong and the customer will be screwed.

I'm surprised to read all these…

I'm surprised to read all these negative reviews. I've been very happy with both the products and the customer service. Of course, I'm dealing with the Canadian company but it's hard to imagine why the US company would be so different.

They mailed my items to the wrong…

They mailed my items to the wrong address. When I finally got my order the protection was wrong. They sent medium flow underwear and I ordered light. When I contacted them they tried to tell me they just changed names on the flows. Wrong! You can clearly see on the package these are rated fit medium leakage and are much thicker than I want for everyday wear. I contacted yesterday and they have not resolved issue. I’m very disappointed. I ordered knix about 4-5 years ago and enjoyed wearing them so much I wore mine out and they lasted forever. I really just wanted to get new ones and I was really excited. But now it’s turning into a disaster.

While the information online was updated to reflect these changes, in some cases the packaging has not yet been updated. As long as the SKUs match we can confirm that it is indeed the same product as purchased online. This is our lightest absorbency option, however, the gusset may feel a little stiff straight out of the packaging. The product will relax with wash and wear and this includes the gusset so we encourage you to give that a try.

To double check if you have received the correct product, you can compare the SKU listed on the packing slip that came with your order to the sticker on the back of the product you received. If you no longer have a copy of the packing slip, please let us know via our email, info@knix.com and we can email you a copy of your order details!

Very disappointed in service and items.

I previously ordered period underware without any issues. My daughter gave me a bra that did not fit her and i loved it, tried to place an order for another but both bras were not same material and did not fit properly, one was on sale so they would not refund but said I could get credit it has been months and numerous emails to no avail, I still have not gotten credit or refund. So disappointed with this company, no care or followup, no customer service or anyone to talk to. After numerous contact I finally got refund and store credit but nothing to buy.

Do not order from this Company if you need any form of customer service.

Do not order from this Company if you need any type of change, return, or any form of customer service for that matter. Within 5 x minutes of putting in an on-line order, I noticed that I had marked the wrong payment method and first tried the chat to get it fixed. No help, option from that source so requested a cancellation, with the intent to re-order with the correct payment method. This is all within 10 minutes of ordering! 2 x hours later I received an e-mail that the order had already been processed in the warehouse (HIGHLY DOUBTFUL!) and the order couldn't be cancelled................ No human e-mail names, contacts, or other resources were provided at all.

Do not buy from this company! You are absolutely screwed if what you ordered doesn’t fit. You can’t speak to a customer service rep and get assistance with returns or exchanges… Only email. So much gets lost in translation. They tell you you can return items Anytime you’re unsatisfied… But they make returns impossible and refunds even more so! I ordered my regular size, even took measurements as they suggested, but the bras were too small. I was told by a customer service rep to wash them several times so that they would loosen up. There’s no way these bras could loosen up enough with washing to fit me. I’ve requested several times via email For assistance to complete a return. Although a customer service rep response… They send a link for returns that does not work. Very frustrating and I will never purchase from them again. I suggest no one make purchases from this company until they have a customer service process that actually works.

Liberating

The period panties are incredibly comfortable and life changingly convenient. They have been completely reliable for me and no hassle to care for. I’ve tried several brands and this one has been best for me by far. It’s hard to think of any criticism. The fabric isn’t the coolest if you work out in them in the summertime, but they’re still fine and most importantly they work. I have many of their underwear and while none have completely worn out yet, after a few years the side and waist seams have started to split a bit in places. I’ve gotten plenty of use out of them but hate to toss any as I am attached to some of the limited edition patterns! I wish their bras had worked out for me similarly, but I could not find the right fit. I felt bad that I tried a few bras and none of them worked out. Their system was very easy to work with to resolve the misfit bra issue.

Disappointing at best!

Similar experience to the last one I read. Commercials all tout how wonderful the product is, blah, blah, blah. But when I ordered my usual size everything WAS WAY TOO SMALL. I tried to contact them by phone but there is no way you to get a live person. I left an email and never got a response. When I tried to return the product online I was only offered a store credit (although the website said there is a 30 day return). Companies may think the future is selling with AI through the internet but for lingerie, shoes, and other things that need to fit properly - it's one and done for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a disappointment.

First time buyer

First time buyer. Merchandise didn't fit though I ordered my regular size. No returns, only exchanges, which I only learned when I tried to send it back. I tried to convert the store credit to a gift card but couldn't find a representative to help. No "chat" box that they indicated was on the webpage. Automated telephone reception said it would take up to 48 hours for a live person to respond. Merchandise and (lack of) service were unsatisfactory. BTW, tried to leave a review on the Knix website and it wouldn't process it.
